Removal of decorative plaster. How to easily and quickly remove plaster from the wall: important features and stages of dismantling. How to remove plaster from walls

All instructions for the device and application of plaster or putty compositions begin with the words about preparing the surface for work.

Cleaning off the old coating main stage in the process of preparation and if you do not comply certain rules when it is carried out, it is simply impossible to achieve a qualitative result. Even if the final result immediately after plastering or filling seems satisfactory, it will not be long. After a certain period of time, even with minor temperature changes or changes in humidity, gaps made during surface preparation work will begin to make themselves felt.

When, when tapping the applied coating, you hear clunk, cracks or swellings begin to appear on separate sections then grief - the builders are looking for an excuse in the poor quality of the plaster composition or in another moment beyond their control. An experienced builder will easily find the cause. Often this bad load bearing capacity plastered surface.

When repairing premises, all finishing works are divided into three types according to the type of processed planes:

  • floor covering device;
  • wall decoration;
  • ceiling device.

For competent finishing of each of them are presented different requirements. There is no, as mistakenly believed, a universal approach to working with walls and ceilings.

The most critical area where the slightest defects are noticeable is the ceiling of any room. Thanks to the law of gravity, any finishing composition uses the opportunity to break away from the surface on which it is applied, if on it:

  • old gypsum or cement plaster;
  • any kind of putty;
  • there are painted places;
  • greasy spots.

Guaranteed quality work

To be sure that after all the work, from plastering to painting, a decent result is guaranteed, from the floor slabs everything must be removed, down to the dust. The existing opinion that it is necessary to remove only loose areas is erroneous. The left fragment of the gypsum mortar will inevitably repel the cement-based composition applied to it. In this case, no soil will help. deep penetration, supposedly penetrating through the left old composition and gluing it to the base.

The question of whether and how to remove the old putty would not have been raised if the process itself was not quite problematic in many moments. There are cases that are not complicated and what is applied to the plates crumbles by itself. A spatula and stepladder are all you need for this job. But, as a rule, not everything is so smooth.

The nuances of removing plaster

Manual removal of the old coating involves the application of certain physical efforts and constant movement. Accessible from the ladder small area for processing and the stepladder can be overturned if the coating does not give in and you have to rest. In room standard height at 2.5 meters, it is better to work from a regular kitchen table. It is safer, plus you need to move the table much less often than a stepladder.

Before starting the process it is desirable to cover the floor with a film- otherwise it will be impossible to completely remove the remains of the fallen putty from the screed. In the event that there is a finished coating on the floor that cannot be dismantled after repair, the film must be spread in two or three layers to ensure that reliable protection. Doors and windows should also be covered with a covering film, this will reduce the cleaning time after repair work.

If lucky

Existing ceiling tiles covers are divided into two types.

The first is panel and monolithic houses, where the floor is one solid slab, which is rarely plastered. Basically, only putty compounds were used here, and how to remove putty from the ceiling depends on its quality. With a simple option for dismantling, you will need a simple set of tools:

  • hard spatula 10 cm wide (preferably stainless steel) or a special scraper;
  • chisel;
  • grater for stripping with a large diamond mesh or wear-resistant sandpaper;
  • roller with a long pile;
  • paint bath.

The first stage should determine how durable the coating is to be removed. For this, it is enough different places ceiling, try to remove the applied composition to the floor slab itself. If this succeeds, work can begin.

On the grip, which is taken into work, water is applied with a roller from the bath. In the event that the ceiling was whitewashed - this is a prerequisite. Old whitewash perfectly absorbs water, therefore it is easily removed, after several passes with a roller, using a spatula. Any other coating is wetted to reduce dust.

A chisel may be needed to remove small influxes of concrete on the slab itself. Also, you can’t do without it in places where heating pipes pass through the ceiling. This difficult area, which will have to tinker with, since the pipes are located next to the wall and the hole itself under them is usually sealed with mortar blotches.

If the process did not make any special difficulties, it remains to remove the missed coating residues with a grater with a diamond mesh.

Hard case

A room in which the ceiling is made of hollow core slabs overlappings, represents more difficult job option. A serious minus and the main difference from the panel and monolithic housesthe presence of seams and differences in height between adjacent tiles. To eliminate these shortcomings, until recently, a complex solution was used - lime, sand, cement in a certain proportion. If excess cement was added to the composition for a better fight, then such a solution does not differ much in hardness from concrete.

Difficult cases include one when such a difficult-to-dismantle material was used as a leveling material, such as alkyd or polymer putty. Here, without the use of a special tool, the desired result cannot be achieved. When solving a problem how to remove plaster from ceiling can not be done without the use of a special tool.

Tool to help you

Special tools are divided into two categories - manual and mechanical. Manual can include:

  • metal brush;
  • a special metal scraper, similar to the sole of a climber's boot.

The mechanical tool is more diverse:

  • grinder with a cutting disc for concrete and a nozzle in the form of a metal brush;
  • perforator with a nozzle in the form of a chisel;
  • belt sander with coarse sandpaper;
  • eccentric grinder with carbide cutter;
  • vibration grinder with diamond mesh.

First of all, from the seams and on the differences in the plates using a perforator with a chisel the solution goes astray. Further actions depends on the thickness of the layer and the strength of the plaster. There are options here:

  • manual - make cuts to the slab with a scraper, then pry off the plaster with a spatula, and in particularly stubborn places go through the metal with a brush;
  • mechanical:
  • 1) with a layer up to 0.5 cm - with an eccentric grinder with a cutter;
  • 2) with a layer of 0.5 cm - with a grinder with a disk on concrete, make cuts in the form of a grid, then clean the prepared surface with a perforator with a wide chisel;
  • 3) to remove especially strong putties, such as alkyd, a vibrating or belt sander will help a lot.

Safety

There are also folk methods how to quickly remove plaster from the ceiling - from chains to a puncher to a spray of various home-made corrosive mixtures. It's pretty traumatic options And it's better not to use them. But, in any case, it is extremely important to take care of the safety of work.

In addition to observing the rules for working with power tools, you must use the means personal protection:

  • closed goggles;
  • respirator - from dust and for partial protection of the face from small fragments;
  • work gloves;
  • overalls with elastic bands on cuffs.

When cleaning plaster in the corners where the ceiling meets the wall, it is necessary to show special care. Sometimes the electrical wiring running along the wall is not, as it should be, 10 cm from the ceiling, but goes exactly at the junction and is covered only with a plaster composition. When working with a spatula or puncher, there is a possibility of damage to it and electrical injury. To avoid this, it is advisable to ring the place where the wires are located with a special device before work. If this is not possible, then it is necessary, for the duration of work, to disconnect the room from the power supply.

Decorative plaster, a variety of which is also "liquid wallpaper", is considered one of the best and most fashionable finishing materials for the wall surface. It is easy to apply, and the effect is excellent. But it happens that sometimes, when making repairs, you want to replace the decorative finishes in one of the rooms with ordinary wallpaper or paint the walls. But before you start gluing wallpaper, painting the walls, you need to remove this plaster. How to do it? Removing decorative plaster is not as easy as applying it. In order to do this, use the tips and instructions.

Removing plaster is a very laborious and lengthy process, especially if the walls are finished with a cement-sand mortar.

Instructions for removing decorative trim from the walls

To remove decorative plaster from the walls, you need to do the work, which consists of two stages: sanding and leveling the surface with putty.

Before proceeding with the first stage, you need to collect everything you need for this. Namely, those materials and tools that will be useful to you.

The list of materials for removing the coating from the walls:

  • plaster putty;
  • paint (if you paint the walls after removing the plaster);
  • oil primer.

Tools required for removal decorative plaster:

  • polyethylene film;
  • gloves;

Methods for scraping a decorative coating from the surface layer

We start with the first stage - scraping. There are several ways to do this job. They differ from each other in different tools that can be used to perform it. Which ones you will use, choose yourself.

Removing decorative wall covering is a very dusty business, so be sure to cover all surfaces plastic wrap so that there is less dirt in the room (this applies to all methods). Next, take a cycle 130-150 mm long and run it along the wall, pressing lightly. By choosing correct angle applications, get to work. With light movements at the right inclination, you can scrape the finish: first start with a small part of the surface, then move on to a large one. After that, wipe the walls with a cloth soaked in water to remove all particles and dust from the remaining decorative plaster. Rinse the cloth frequently in water to better clean the surfaces.

If you don't have a scraper, you can use a hammer and spatula. To do this, first the surface with a decorative finish must be moistened big amount hot water. This is done in order to soften the putty well and reduce dust. Do not forget to wet the entire surface of the walls with water during the work, then the removal of the plaster will be easier. After you have moistened the surface, you need to knock on the wall with a hammer. Thanks to this, those parts of the plaster that do not hold tightly will fall off on their own. Well, others will need to be "helped". To do this, you need a chisel and a hammer: the putty layers are peeled off, and they fall off the surface in pieces. You will also need a spatula with which you can clean up the remnants of the finishing material. Please note that you need to remove the decorating finishing material from the top of the vertical ceiling.

It is also possible using grinder with abrasive discs. Using this tool, the plaster is washed off, not knocked down. But do not forget, you still have to moisten the surface, otherwise you will drown in the "sea of dust". Tune in to work, as you will have to spend a lot of effort on grinding the surface. Decorative plaster must be removed carefully, do not forget about the seams. After everyone has freed from the plaster, walk along the wall with a metal brush to completely remove it. This is one of the most effective methods if hot water doesn't help.

If you started a repair and found that you can’t do without removing the old plaster, we are in a hurry to talk about how to remove the old plaster from the walls and ceiling.

Plaster itself is a very durable finishing material, and if it is done with high quality, then. But due to certain factors, such as dampness or an initially incorrect composition, it can sometimes move away from the wall, crumble, crack, swell.

Depending on the lesion, the removal of the trim can be:

  • partial;
  • complete.

To determine the strength of the old coating and how well it adheres to the walls, it is necessary to examine the entire area and only then decide whether to remove or replace it.

If cement or begins to crumble along with the removal of wallpaper or paint from it, then it is impossible to “cure” it, in which case complete removal is required.

The strength test is carried out with a scraper or spatula. If the coating crumbles only in individual places, it can be covered with a solution on fine-grained sand or puttying of weak areas, having previously cleaned them with sandpaper and primed them.

To determine how much, walls or ceiling, it is necessary to tap the entire surface with a wooden mallet, hammer or spatula handle.

In places where the plaster is weak, a void has formed under it, so a dull sound will be heard. In these places, the old coating must be removed.

Tapping the wall with a hammer

If dampness has appeared in certain areas (from below, from above) and weakened the finish, the removal of the old coating must be done not only in these places, but also 50 cm above the level of moisture.

Cracks in old, but durable plaster are sealed with cement mortar and carefully rubbed. In this case, the cracks are pre-expanded to a V-shape and moistened with water.

The solution is applied in several stages: first to the very bottom of the recess, then after drying by 2/3, and only then they begin to completely seal the crack.

If there are grease stains on the old finish, washing the surface alone will not be enough. It is necessary as follows - to cut down the oiled places, and then repair them with a new layer.

Tools and materials

Removal of old plaster can be done different ways, the choice of tool depends on how firmly it holds on to the base.

Instruments:

  • putty knife;
  • scraper;
  • axe;
  • hammer;
  • scapula;
  • perforator;
  • Bulgarian;
  • coating stripping machine.

Precautionary measures

  1. Use a respirator or gauze bandage to prevent cement dust from entering the lungs.
  2. Work in goggles and gloves.
  3. Before starting work, determine the location of the electrical wiring, if necessary, turn off the power supply.

Methods for removing old plaster

tapping

The simplest method that can be used at the first stage is to tap the entire working surface with a sharp protrusion of the hammer head. Weak patches of plaster will immediately crack and fall off. Then clean the walls with a scraper or spatula.

Durable areas should be moistened with water using a rag or brush; a richly moistened finish from hammer blows is easier to move away.

Spatula removal

Coarse-grained crumbling plaster can be gradually cleaned layer by layer with a spatula, but this process is quite long. In addition, it requires considerable strength and frequent changes or sharpening of the spatula.

For these purposes, a special mesh for stripping is also used. uneven surfaces, which is mounted on a holder or a special grater.

Advice! To reduce the amount of dust, periodically spray the walls with water using a spray bottle.

Perforator

When manual methods become ineffective, “heavy artillery” comes into play, for example, a percussion hammer.

How to remove plaster with a perforator?

DIY instructions:

To do this, fix one of the special nozzles in the tool socket, for example, a lance or a chisel, and by switching the switch to the “hit” position, get to work.

Well, if you have the opportunity to use a grinder to remove it. Having fixed a cutting wheel with a diamond edge on it, make longitudinal and transverse cuts on the surface, and then use hand tools such as spatula, scraper.

When repairing, the question often arises of how to remove plaster from the ceiling around heating risers or between floor slabs.

As a rule, in old apartments these places are plastered very sloppily, there are bumps or depressions on the ceiling. To level the ceiling, it is necessary to knock down irregularities with a hatchet and grind off with a grinder.

Often, at the joints of the floor panels, the cracked plaster itself falls off and it only needs a little help in this, using a hammer, less often a perforator.

Advice! It is better to scrape off the coating from the ceiling with a spatula or a long-handled scraper, so you will be able to work with both hands.

Special power tools make the work much easier - grinders (LShM, angle grinders, PShM) or special machines for removing plaster (such as Flex, AGP).

The use of a particular tool depends on the thickness, density, and required surface finish.

For removing coatings from facades large area aggregates are used high pressure water (AVD), which can only be used by professionals.

If, after removing the old plaster, you plan to apply a new one, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned with a metal brush, then primed and treated with an antiseptic.

Outcome

Now you know how to remove old plaster. Those who have already encountered this work understand how difficult and unpleasant this process is, but, unfortunately, without it quality repair walls and ceilings is almost impossible. It remains for us to offer you a video in this article.

Represents durable material for decorative finishes not needing to be updated for many years. But it happens that with careless handling the coating is damaged - chips or scratches appear. In this article, we will tell you how to care for, repair and restore a Venetian, as well as how to remove it from the walls.

Care

This decorative plaster does not create big maintenance problems, and it has many advantages compared to other wall coverings. The "Venetian" has no joints, it does not peel off, it is resistant to humid environment, does not crumble and does not change during operation.

Simple care tips:

  1. Walls finished with Venetian plaster can be cleaned with a wet cloth, and when heavy pollution wash with soft detergents. Do not use hard sponges, chemical solvents, abrasive cleaners.
  2. After cleaning the walls, you can apply a wax-based furniture polish with an antistatic effect. To update the gloss from time to time to polish soft cloth wall surface.
  3. To increase the service life and to enhance the brilliance of the wall, if necessary, it is necessary to cover with a layer of wax and polish to remove minor defects that have arisen during operation. This is especially true for aprons in the kitchen, plastered in the Venetian style.
  4. In humid rooms, such as a bathroom or toilet, good ventilation should be maintained to prevent condensation from collecting on the wall.

Adhering to these rules for caring for a decorative coating, it will not need to be replaced for many years.

Repair and restoration

Damage to decorative wall coverings is not common, but it does happen. For the repair or restoration of Venetian plaster, you will not need high costs and hard physical labor. It is possible to update the finish with your own hands, knowing the basic techniques of plastering and painting.

Possible finish defects:

  • Chips and scratches that occur on the outer corners that occur during careless operation.
  • Pollution after finishing works or household dirt. It is necessary to restore with a large area of contamination.
  • Exfoliation of the "Venetian" due to water leaks. In this case, repair is not enough. Water can damage the base on which the decorative plaster rests.

"Venetian" is good because you do not have to fix all the coating on the wall. It is enough to restore the desired piece of plaster.

When cracks and cracks appear, restoration can be done with inserts. The repair procedure will be as follows:

  1. Examine the strength of the plaster around the damage, tap. If it separates from the wall, then it must be removed.
  2. Clean the repair site and the edges of the chips with a brush from pieces of decorative material and dust.
  3. Prime the base. To do this, you can independently prepare a solution at the rate of 1 part of PVA and 5 parts of water. Thoroughly smear the cleaned area on the wall with a brush.
  4. Next, choose the desired plaster solution. If the base is under the decor of drywall or gypsum mixture, then the defects are leveled with gypsum-based putty. If necessary, after drying, the putty is rubbed to perfect smoothness.
  5. In order to repair the Venetian layer, you will need decorative material the same brand as on the wall. If it is not possible to install the manufacturer, then you will have to buy a white acrylic plaster. It must be tinted in the same color as the main finish on the wall.
  6. The mixture is applied with a soft spatula to the area to be corrected. If the restoration area is large, then they try to repeat the pattern on the wall. Usually this is not difficult. because the Venetian is placed in multidirectional movements without a specific direction.
  7. The excess that has fallen on the edges of the Venetian plaster is removed with a damp cloth.
  8. The final stage of restoring the finish is the application of wax or glaze varnish.
  9. The repaired area is polished with a soft cloth to a uniform shine.

The video below shows the process of repairing a damaged decor.

How to remove a Venetian from the walls

If Venetian plaster cannot be repaired, or you need to update the design of the room, you will have to completely remove decorative coating and replace with a new one. There are several ways to remove wall decoration.

Manually. Before starting to remove the old "Venetian" it is necessary to tap the entire wall with a hammer. The decorative coating will crumble in places where it has moved away from the base. Then the remaining pieces are scraped off with a scraper.

To facilitate the removal of plaster, it is moistened with water from a spray bottle or a wet rag. Gypsum putty under the decorative layer absorbs moisture well and loses strength after a while.

Areas that cannot be removed with a scraper will have to be beaten off with a chisel. At the same time, the leveling layer is also removed, because the “Venetian” with a thickness of 2-3 mm cannot be removed without damaging the base.

Important! It is necessary to perform all actions in personal protective equipment: bandage, gloves, goggles.

Removal with a perforator.
Manual removal of old plaster is hard and long work, which will be facilitated by a perforator. It is used in the “hit” mode by installing a wide flat chiseling nozzle. The tool is held at an angle as close to the wall as possible so that the main force is along the surface.

Bulgarian use. To remove plaster from the walls, you can use the "grinder" (angle grinder). Using a stone cut-off wheel (with a diamond edge), make vertical and horizontal cuts on the surface. The closer the notches are to each other, the easier it is to beat off the plaster between them.

In a brick wall, it is imperative to clean the seams with a chisel from the remnants of the plaster.

Removal machine. This is the fastest and quality way put away old finish, be it Venetian plaster, paint or tile adhesive. The machine is equipped with a rotating milling head with movable toothed rollers. Around the cutter there is a brush casing. When removing plaster, dust does not fly apart, but is removed from the surface by an industrial vacuum cleaner connected to the machine.

Such a tool is not cheap. For example, the German peeling machine "Eibenstock EPF 1503" will cost 40 - 45 thousand rubles.

Preparation of the base for the implementation of repair work involves a complete or partial dismantling plasters. The scope of work depends on many factors: what raw materials the old coating is made of, and what materials will be used in the new repair. It is important to examine the surface and determine how firmly the old layer. There are several options for removing old plaster from walls.

When it is necessary to dismantle firmly adhering plaster

Before answering the question: how to remove old plaster from the walls, you need to figure out in which cases it is necessary to dismantle the coating, which is firmly attached to the surface.

The need to remove the old coating depends on its composition:

Type of plasterThe need for dismantling
1 ClayIndoors, it is used for finishing areas around fireplaces, stoves and other heating appliances. During operation, partial or complete delamination of the material may occur. In this case, it becomes necessary to replace the old layer with a new one.
2 GypsumThe layer is replaced as it peels off or when work is performed with heavier building materials than gypsum.
3 limeIt is restored as it is destroyed or, if necessary, applying a layer of cement or polymer plaster.
4 CementHolds firmly on the surface, the need for dismantling occurs in case of violation of the application technology.
5 PolymerPolymer mixtures are plastic, adhere well to any surface. It is permissible to apply any plaster coating on them. If the building has shrunk or the technology has been violated, the coating has cracked, it is replaced.

You need to clean the walls from plaster when. If this is not done, then when the bottom layer is peeled off, the tile will fall off with it.

Repair or replacement of the old layer

The type of repair work depends on the condition of the surface. To determine the quality of the fit, all areas are tapped with a spatula handle. A dull sound is heard in the exfoliated areas. Such places must be completely removed, as over time the old coating will fall off.

Repair of individual sections of the wall is carried out with minor damage. Before cleaning the surface of the wall from plaster, you need to moisten the problem areas. Then the plaster mortar is cleaned to the ground. The surface is primed and leveled.

If delamination and cracking has occurred on 70% of the surface, it is more expedient to dismantle the entire layer.

In order for the new coating to be securely fixed on the old one, it is necessary that the lower layer is stronger and heavier than the upper one. If the new layer weighs more, it will destroy the weaker material during the shrinkage process.

On a dense cement-sand plaster You can apply the material with any composition. Cannot be applied to gypsum cement mortar because it is heavier. Gypsum and clay can be applied to the lime layer. The clay layer can only be restored with clay, other materials will not stick. Clay-sand mortar can be applied to any type of surface.

Walls with stains and cracks

Here is information on how to remove plaster from a wall, if it has greasy stains.

If dampness has appeared on the walls and mold has formed, it is necessary to remove the plaster from the walls, capturing the area wider than the damaged one by half a meter.

Grease stains and rust cannot be removed. You will have to dismantle the old plaster in the damaged areas, then close the holes with a new solution.

Cracks are expanded with a grinder or trowel (depending on the strength of the coating). For better adhesion materials wet the surface with water.

Deep cracks are sealed with plaster in several stages:

  • clog the solution deep into the crack, wait for it to dry;
  • fill the gap by 2/3, after drying, fill the remaining volume.

The final step is grouting with a grinder or sandpaper.

Tools and means of protection

There are several ways to remove old plaster from walls. This can be done manually or mechanically.

Depending on the chosen method, you will need:

  • goggles, gloves, respirator;
  • chisel, it is more convenient to work if the tool is with a long handle;
  • sledgehammer, hammer, axe, chisel;
  • spatula, scraper;
  • metal brush.

Depending on the chosen method of work, you will need:

  • puncher or drill with a chipper;
  • small grinder;
  • Sander.

Tools and personal protective equipment must be prepared in advance.

Removing plaster by hand

Before removing the old plaster from the walls, it is necessary to examine the surface for the tightness of the layers by tapping. If the surface is wet or affected by a fungus, the plaster layer is dismantled.

First, clean the areas where the solution exfoliates. Then they drive the cycle under the more tightly held layers, pry them up and remove them.

If the layer is held firmly, a chisel or chisel is driven under it. By tapping on it with a hammer, the solution is beaten off.

Drywall is easily damaged, so it is better to remove plaster from it with a well-ground scraper.

It is easiest to remove layers of gypsum, lime and clay from old walls.

Removing plaster mortar with a perforator

Before cleaning brick wall from plaster, care must be taken to protect the eyes, respiratory organs and body from construction dust. If the surface is sprayed with water, there will be less dust. The use of power tools speeds up and facilitates the process of working on large surfaces.

You will need a tool with a jackhammer mode. Next, you should put on the nozzle and, holding the perforator at an angle of 80 degrees, beat off the solution. Then, it is necessary to shift the angle of inclination to 40 degrees, lead along the wall, clearing an ever larger surface. During the work, make sure that the main material from which the wall is built is not damaged.

Rubbish must be removed immediately. Large pieces are put into bags, then taken out and thrown into construction containers.

Dismantling with a grinder

The concrete layer can be removed with a grinder. Divide the wall into sections measuring 500x500 mm, cutting them to the entire depth of the concrete layer. Then, beat off with a perforator.

If dealing with brick wall, with a chisel, the seams between the bricks are cleaned of the remnants of the mortar. Cleaning the brick from the remnants of the plaster is required.

Grinding

Many people ask how to quickly remove a thin layer concrete mortar or decorative plaster.

If the old plaster is firmly attached and applied in a thin layer, dismantle it manually will be problematic. Better apply grinder. On its sole there are rollers with teeth, which, when rotated, grind the surface, removing a thin layer of mortar.

With this method, you need to expect that there will be a lot of dust. But the work will proceed faster and with less labor costs.

According to this principle, it is easy to remove Venetian and textured plaster from the wall surface.

Dismantling of decorative plaster

Before you remove it from the walls with your own hands, you need to prepare tools and personal protective equipment. The floor and objects in the room are covered with plastic wrap.

To reduce dust, the surface is sprayed with water. The wider the cycle, the faster the work will progress.

With a slight pressure, they carry out the tool, scraping the material from the wall. Here you need to correctly determine the angle of inclination, then the work will go faster.

Instead of a cycle, you can use a sharp spatula. Spend them on the wall, tapping on the handle of the tool with a hammer. You can also beat off a tightly adhering layer with a chisel and a hammer.

Do not forget to wet the surface before removing decorative plaster from the walls. This helps to soften the material, and as a result, less dust is generated.

On the video you can see to what level you need to remove the plaster from the walls:

Removing old plaster from the wall is a rather laborious task. To new Decoration Materials firmly held on the walls, dismantling should not be neglected. Even a person with no experience in construction can do this procedure with their own hands.
