      • environmentally friendly.

When decorating walls with plasterboard wall heating will be especially convenient and priority as the main heating system. If there is any other type of heating, for example, on solid or liquid fuels, such panels can serve as additional system or a backup.

Of course, like any heating system, in addition to the pros, there are also disadvantages:

      • since IR panels for heating are powered by electricity, which is not the cheapest now, this type of heating is a little expensive;
      • if you build heating panels into the wall, it will no longer be possible to drive nails into them and hang shelves or something else.

Film infrared heating

Film infrared heating does not need to transport heat from the source, in which there is a significant loss of it. The convenience of the film is undeniable, it can be placed anywhere: on the floor, wall, ceiling. If laid on the ceiling, it can be placed on 2/3 of its area, as a result, the heating of the room will occur more evenly. And the film itself can be draped with decorative materials.

Caution: but in no case should you install ceiling infrared heating under stretch PVC ceilings or fabric ceilings.

It will turn out 100 square meters, approximately 1000 W per hour, 24 VK per day and 720 VK per month. Based on this, before installing this system, think carefully, weigh all the pros and cons.

Ceiling heating: infrared and suspended

      • in those rooms where the ceiling height reaches three or more meters, they are very economical;
      • you can warm up exactly any specific part of the room;
      • silent, waste-free, environmentally friendly.
      • easy to install and operate.

Some brands produce such cassette heaters that can also be installed in suspended ceilings.

Flaws:

      • it is not always possible to combine the design and style of the room with a suspended ceiling heater;
      • electricity consumption is the main disadvantage of these systems.

Which is better: floor or ceiling?

Where is it better to place: on the ceiling or on the floor, or maybe on the walls? It is worth considering that warm air rises, so wall heating panels are less efficient.

With ceiling radiators, as well as those built into the floor, the floor will be heated, and warm air will rise up to the ceiling. Therefore, the choice of installation on the ceiling or floor is not particularly important, choose according to your taste. Now there are more modern options installations: plinth heaters and wall panels-paintings. It is worth considering that it is the objects that are heated, and not the air, therefore, the feeling of comfort is felt precisely in the proximity and direct effect of the heater.
