In industry . Industrial refrigeration systems control temperature and humidity levels to achieve maximum production potential. Many industries will benefit from the installation of a fogging system.Typical applications will include greenhouses, vineyards, wood processing, textiles, packaging, food industry. MWe provide a wide range of professional high pressure foggers and low pressure systems. We offer economical solutions for many industrial applications and promise exceptional performance and reliability of the final product. high differencetemperature and relative humidity air can cause warping and cracking of untreated wood.To fix the problem, carpenters must properly maintain the moisture balance (EMC) of the wood.Ink application is much more difficult at lower humidity levels, and paper mills also benefit from constantly controlled humidity levels.Textiles require properly controlled humidity levels between 50% and 65%.Winemakers must confront the problem of excessive evaporation of wine through barrels during storage.Industrial refrigeration systems solve many of these problems. FROMmist cooling systems (fogging) available with or without option forced ventilation. Wishing atimprove cooling efficiency by increasing airflow with fans. They are widely used in warehouses, welding plants and factories.High speed fans increase the cooling distance up to 15 meters, and in order to achieve best results, use tilt-adjustable "head" cooling fans. The overall efficiency of industrial cooling and mist systems depends on the existing levels of temperature and humidity.Excellent performance is achieved when the natural temperature falls between 30° and 46°C and the humidity is below 40%.

In the fight against insects. The anti-mosquito fogging system uses the same technology as the anti-mosquito fogging system on outdoors, but has an additional effect on flying insects such as mosquitoes. And the high pressure of the pump forms tiny droplets of water through specially designed nozzles, which creates mist, like mist, which evaporates.By adding non-toxic, biodegradable insecticides to water, you can create a barrier that repels mosquitoes and other insects. MWe provide proven technology that guarantees consistent, reliable results. For effective fight with mosquitoes and other flying insects, nozzles should be installed around the perimeter of the area. This system will include a pump, a series of nozzles that hold the insecticide reservoir, and a timer that controls the operation of the mist system.Typically, this system will periodically spray insecticide throughout the day. These devices provide effective insect control around homes, restaurants, recreational areas, and other businesses, and also have additional advantage as cooler outside temperatures during the summer months. Applicationsafe insecticides is the main factor.Feverfew, which is an extract from the chrysanthemum flower, is the most commonly used insecticide and is easily taken as effective solution in industrial pest control. It is safe for humans and animals but strong enough to stop mosquitoes, wasps, bees and other flying insects.Family, friends, pets, and clients will appreciate the comfort of a bug-free environment. When purchasing an insect control misting system, look for high quality materials to ensure years of trouble-free performance. At RainMaster we guarantee the efficiency and high quality of our fogging systems.Precision nozzles, filtration cartridges, pumps, drive pulleys, and a wide range of accessories provide high quality at very competitive prices.

In the greenhouse industry. Steel mist irrigation systems essential tool for efficient service greenhouse farms. Greenhouse performance withThe misting system we offer is already tested to industry standards. The systems provide favorable conditions throughout the year. They also help in the fight against plant diseases by reducing stress, as well as increasing the germination and growth of plants in general. Most greenhouse growers face a continuous struggle with low humidity and high temperatures.Plants can be seriously damaged if humidity falls below 30%; the growing process slows down and may come to a halt. HYour greenhouse fogging system can be set to evaporate the fog to cool and humidify the air without noticeable moisture, can be left on when the humidity rises and provide high level moisture (fog irrigation). The temperature can be reduced by 15°C.The relative humidity level can be maintained at 90%. Leavesplants absorb carbon dioxide and other substances from the air, absorbing and moisture. An ideal environment that helps plant health reach its growth potential can be maintained through the use of a fogging system.Another option is to introduce fertilizers through a greenhouse fogging system, which will be absorbed by the leaves of the plants.A properly planned and properly installed system, coupled with high quality equipment allows you to consistently and efficiently deliver to plants chemical substances as needed. The benefits of using greenhouse systems are plant health, improved propagation and germination processes, reduced energy costs, and more consistent cooling than is provided by conventional ventilation systems.Even those in dry, arid climates will achieve favorable results all year round. Let us help you produce beautiful and healthy plants with ease and convenience with one of our greenhouse fogging systems. Irrigation with fog effectively copes with the tasks.

You can purchase a fogging system for rent from us. We introduced this service thanks to our customers who asked us to install fog cooling for the festival under open sky. Happy first day of summer everyone! Although the summer is rainy, I believe the heat will come, so the review is dedicated to hot weather - you need to prepare for it in advance!

Walking around the city in the summer, I repeatedly met “fog” sprayers suspended at the top, usually made using special high-pressure pumps. I live in a rather hot climate, it is quite natural that I have been “drooling” on this device for a long time, but the price stopped me.
An evening visit to the dinosaur park added fuel to the fire ... the mist with illumination among the thickets and tall trees, and dinosaurs moving in it ... My mother-in-law even “squeaked” when suddenly some of the dinosaurs began to move at dusk (movement sensors were installed on visitors) - and although I didn’t seem to be bloodthirsty by nature, I caught myself thinking that it even gave me some pleasure;).
Well, since I almost constantly live in the country, and I like to be on summer evenings open veranda, I decided to look for something similar to Ali (of course, I meant not dinosaurs for my mother-in-law;).
Quite a lot of "rummaged through" the options ... First, I discarded the options with pumps, as they were completely unbudgetary and at the same time did not give a guarantee of obtaining the desired effect.
Then I removed the options with plastic nozzles and nozzles with a large hole diameter, with beautiful advertisement(Which I didn't really believe.) I wanted to get a dispersion that is most similar to fog, and not an “irrigation” system “on your own head” in literally this word.
As a result, there are very few options left.
Among them, there was a seller with a rather high rating of 98.8%, who, moreover, agreed to make some discount on his product - he could not resist. I decided to try "in action" :) And already in the spring I made an order.

Screenshot of the order

By agreement with the seller, it was sent (to reduce the cost) by simple mail - but I wasn’t in any particular hurry, I was supposed to use it anyway due to hot weather ... and the spring somehow “failed”, and so it constantly drips from above.
Arrived in a "sovdepovskaya" cardboard box

On the page there is such an advertisement for this “device” in action, not to say that I particularly trust this kind of photographs exhibited for any product (including those with pumps), but I wanted to get something at least remotely similar.

The store claims the following specifications and scope of delivery:

>one set includes:

A. Adapter 1pc
B. Quick connector adapter 1pc
C. Slip lock connector - 10 pcs.
D. Mist nozzle - 10 pcs.
E. Tubes 15 m
F. Plug - 1 pc.
G. Clip 10 pcs.

Understand which of them decided later ...

The seller also promised:
* Quick installation, simple and flexible, energy saving.
* Even after installation, the side of the tube can be changed freely.
* Special design of slip lock connector to make it more convenient and labor-saving to unplug.
* Kits include stainless steel clamps (clip). It is easy for them to be installed in narrow places and walls.
* DIY systems

Let's translate all this into a language we understand!
Doing so as we were taught from kindergarten Of course it's easier with pictures :)

This is the set I received:

15 meters of hose (pretty stiff - probably rated for decent pressure)

adapters for connecting this thin hose to a faucet or irrigation hose.

Moreover, the adapter even has a mesh filter to prevent large particles from entering the atomizer system

Clamps for fastening the hose in rubber, probably to prevent chafing of the hose by the side edges, well, for a more secure fit

10 pieces, I don’t know what to call them - the “crap” that connects the pieces of the hose and into which the nozzle is screwed. A kind of connector with a thread for a sprayer.

By the way, looking ahead, I will say that I VERY liked this “crap” - this connector is very cleverly made. It has holes for the hose on both sides, so these holes are quick couplings.

Those. in the manner of garden irrigation systems - when squeezing the rings (there are on each side), the clamps converge / diverge inside, which fix the hose very firmly and hermetically. Once connected, the hose can be easily rotated, or quickly dismantled for reconfiguration of the entire system, or for storage. Credit to the manufacturer!
Well, further to our kit ... the most important detail is 10 pieces of injectors

which have a declared diameter of 0.3mm and which should give out 10-30 micron drops (I wonder how they can be measured? :)

on the reverse side of each nozzle there is a rubber sealing ring

Well, probably the last “important” detail of this “LEGO” is the plug at the end of the hose.

This is how the “piece” of the assembled connector with the nozzle looks like

To begin with, I decided to see, “was it worth it”? And before assembling the whole structure, I assembled the system for one nozzle using the entire cable (then I was tormented to drive water out of it - there was a puddle :)

connected it in the garden to a standard watering system

well, I actually turned it on ... to be honest, the result was somehow not particularly impressive: (something, of course, splashed, but not quite what I wanted to see ...

it seemed somehow not too fine dispersion turns out ... okay, let's go. We'll have to see what happens when connected. a large number nozzles - how much the spray will change and how it will look. One nozzle does not give a normal performance.
Well - we take the tool and proceed to the test assembly?
You will need a tape measure and a knife itself.

We estimate at what distance and how many nozzles we want to place and cut the hose into pieces of the required length, since it has a margin. I proceeded from about 4 meters of the length of my veranda and 10 nozzles, so I cut about 9 identical pieces + one longer inlet - to connect to the water.

We equip all connectors with nozzles

by the way, this is what the clamp looks like - it sits quite tightly even without compression.

well, voila - the assembled system ... It all took ... and hell knows how much, I forgot to detect the time! Pretty fast and easy!

Naturally, I immediately went to try it!
… what can I say!? And it works… and even quite decently! Photos do not show the size of the dispersion well, only in general.

At some angle, a rather contrasting rainbow is visible, which shows the presence of a large number of rather small particles.

Since the use of this irrigation system is not only cooling "resting places", but can also be used to create very humid environment, for example, in a greenhouse (the seller also offers the option of air purification and dust deposition in a similar way indoors), then here is a photo of how it can be used in a greenhouse

As we can see, everything looks pretty decent. Of course, questions remain, how quickly it can clog, etc. Although, in part, I took exactly this kind of nozzles, with the possibility of their subsequent cleaning (if necessary).
A short video of work in the greenhouse ...

Well, it's time to "try on" on the veranda? :)
There was still no weather to cool off ... I waited a lot of days. Some kind of spring ... damp and cool and without additional moisture (I noticed this more than once - you install a split - the summer is cold, you buy a cool stove-fireplace, winter is frost-free). Tired of waiting decided to try the "cold".
Attached to the top of the veranda with self-tapping screws ...

there was a garland from winter nearby, but in principle it is protected from precipitation.

What can I say ... the first pancake was lumpy ... while I was running I turned on the "sprayer" I realized that I needed to run even faster to turn it off :))))

Somehow I did not calculate the position of the nozzles clearly. Everything around is wet and, interestingly, the nozzles continue to water for quite some time after the tap is closed. Probably a little residual pressure in the hose is enough. After a couple of minutes of waiting, I had to turn off the hose - the water consumption is small, you can wait a long time otherwise.

I outweighed it with a margin and placed the nozzles a little differently, checked it - IN! Practically what is needed, except that it seems that there are “not enough” injectors, although who knows - you need to test it for a longer time and in fact determine it already :)
Looks EXACTLY like this! Approximately, because the photo conveys all this suspension / fog very poorly.

View from afar of the place of rest, the fog itself is of course not very visible :(

Therefore, a few fragments of the video - the atmosphere is somewhat clearer there ... and yes, everything is dry now :)

In short, while I am satisfied with the purchase ... Time will tell how comfortable it will be in the heat - until the weather is hot and stuffy enough outside to give an unambiguous answer - whether there will be any use other than external “decoration” with fog. But you need to post a review now if you want to be in time with the purchase before the heat sets in;)

You need to understand that the dispersion of particles of this “sprayer” is approximately equal to any kind of spray in cans, and larger than that obtained, for example, by ultrasound or nozzles under significant pressure, but for “its” purposes it is very good, even better than expected. Those. not a fog in the full sense of the word, but a very fine mist...

Pluses quick and easy assembly / disassembly, and repeated is allowed! Good spray quality without the use of special pumps - just from the tap. Very low water consumption.

Minus, well, just the price, perhaps, it could still be cheaper ... The rest of the minuses will probably appear over time - I haven’t found it yet.

ZYZH I recommend the seller - sociable and decent in appearance, you can "beg" for a discount;) And the price list for this particular type of kit is perhaps the cheapest, cheaper with similar nozzles and mounts could not be found - I was looking for a long time.

A method of cooling the environment, such as fog cooling, is gaining popularity. And this is not without reason - it is an economical and environmentally friendly option to reduce the temperature. How to cool open areas is very actual question not only for owners country houses and summer cafes, but also for various factories and enterprises. Let us immediately recall that this method of cooling is absolutely safe and environmentally friendly. Since ordinary water is used in the system, and evaporation does not give a moisturizing effect, in fact, you only feel a pleasant coolness.

Let's look at the fog cooling system in more detail.

What is a fogging system made of?

The system consists of the following components:

1. High pressure pump which is able to pressurize the mist system from 70 to 100 bar. This is the basis of the system, because is the only mechanical part of the system, the pump must be good quality, because its failure will make it impossible to use the entire system.

2. Tubes through which water moves in the system. They are either metal or nylon. These tubes are connected to each other using special self-clamping fittings. This method of installation of lines is very practical and allows you to mount a fog cooling system on almost any object.

3. Nozzles. High precision mist atomizers. It is through them that water acquires a gaseous state. They allow the system to produce a fine (from 3 to 7 microns) water mist, which cools the surrounding air.

Read more about equipment for fog systems in the relevant section.

How the mist cooling system works

The pump delivers water through the tubes to the nozzles, which, in turn, spray the mist over (or near) the cooled object. The fog cooling system is based on the process of liquid evaporation. The crushed water, getting into the atmosphere, gives the effect of instantaneous evaporation, thus taking away the temperature from the environment. At the same time, it should be noted that moisture is not felt. Those. the system simply cools the air. If (in the case of irrigation) you need to moisten the space indoors or outdoors, then nozzles with a larger spray are used.

How much space can be cooled with such a system

It all depends on the temperature around the cooled object and on the humidity of the air. If it is dry and hot, then the system is able to cool the air by 15 degrees. environment has high humidity and relative coolness, then the use of fog systems will give an insignificant result. Remember, the principle of operation of the system is evaporation and heat extraction. Those. if there is nowhere to evaporate, and there is nowhere to take away heat, then the system will show a minimum result. It's like morning mist. In a warm area, it carries coolness, and near the river it is almost not noticeable. Therefore, before installing systems, we always analyze the object in detail and take this into account when designing. about successful and effective application fog cooling systems, read on.

Where can this cooling method be used?

The use of fog cooling is possible almost everywhere. Let's look at the most traditional applications of the system.

Mist cooling of outdoor areas, verandas, terraces and gazebos.

The most popular application of the system. Because cool space in outdoor cafe or gazebo air conditioning systems are expensive and inefficient, then fog cooling has gained immense popularity. Moreover, you can cool vast areas and stadiums (in Japan, such a system was implemented and showed excellent results in a football stadium). If you are the owner of a cafe with a summer terrace, or want to create a pleasant coolness on the terrace, then this system is for you.

Cooling of outdoor units of air conditioning systems

Air-conditioning systems are often used in factories and premises. The principle of their work is clear to everyone - they take from the street warm air, which, passing through the system, is cooled and fed into the room. If it is 38 degrees outside, and the system should cool the room to 23 degrees, it turns out that the system needs to cool the air by 15 degrees. But if you install a pre-cooling system in front of the air conditioner (in our case, this is a fog system), then the air that the air conditioner will suck in will no longer be 38 degrees, but, let's say 30. So the air conditioner will need to cool the air not by 15 degrees, but by 7 , which means 2 times less electricity will be spent, which leads to saving money. And there are a lot of examples of such use of fog cooling systems.

Microclimate of showcases, counters and storages

Fish, vegetables and other perishable products summer period very difficult to store. We all understand that in the heat, food can spoil very quickly. Especially when it comes to shop windows - after all, the product must be in sight and the buyer must have access to it. And here the fog system will also help us. The system can be neatly and inconspicuously installed along the showcase and in a cool haze the product will look even more appetizing. This also applies to warehouses, storage facilities, sorting points and other places where it is required to create a certain climate for storing products.

Cooling of farms, cattle and, pig and poultry farms

In the livestock industry, it is very important that animals and poultry are healthy and grow in a favorable climate. Not only the quality of meat, eggs and other products of this industry depends on this, but also the livestock. Animals being in adverse conditions(however, like people) feel bad. From this they lose weight, milk yield decreases, etc. Mist-cooling systems have become an outlet for such businesses, as the system not only lowers temperatures, but also eliminates odors and promotes dust suppression. And the cost of fogging systems is much lower than standard air conditioning systems.

Talking about the use of fog cooling systems is endless. Their use is possible in almost all industries and spheres of human activity. These systems have shown excellent results in terms of both efficiency and energy consumption.

Installation of a fogging system in a private household or farm helps to solve several main tasks:

1. Maintaining the required humidity.

2. Maintenance of the set temperature.

3. Foliar top dressing.

1. Humidity maintenance

For optimal growth and fruiting of many crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, and many others), it is recommended to maintain a certain level of humidity. Compliance with the required humidity increases yield and minimizes the risk of diseases.

However, under the conditions closed ground(in a greenhouse, for example) the required humidity will not be maintained by itself during the season, and even more so all year round. Depending on the time of year, weather, solar activity, irrigation schedule and many other factors, humidity will vary widely.

So the task diligent host take humidity control into your own hands.

From high humidity you can get rid of with the help of ventilation, but you can save yourself from low humidity only with the help of installation taman formation systems, which, due to the spraying of water in the form of fog, increases the humidity to a predetermined one.

2. Temperature maintenance

In summer, due to solar activity, the temperature outside can reach high values, and even higher in enclosed spaces. Heat can harm crop yields both during flowering and during vegetation and fruiting.

It is possible and even necessary to lower the temperature in the greenhouse by installing shading and ventilation systems, but in addition to them, it is also used fogging system. The effect of lowering the temperature is achieved due to the evaporation of atomized fine water.

3. Foliar top dressing

The fogging system can be used for foliar feeding and plant protection: spraying fertilizers, trace elements, protective solutions.

There are two types of fogging:

  • with high pressure
  • low pressure

I. High pressure fogging

It has a very high pressure in the line with foggers - above 20 atmospheres. All components of such a system are designed for high pressure, fogging nozzles are most often made of brass. To create such a pressure, it is necessary to use a special pumping station and to comply with very high requirements for water filtration. In addition, high pressure is dangerous if handled carelessly.

High pressure misting nozzle

High pressure misting pump

The fog obtained in such a system corresponds to a real fog due to the very small size of the resulting water droplets, but due to the use of high pressure, such equipment and components are very expensive and are used in large industrial greenhouses.

II. Low pressure fogging

There is a whole class of fog equipment operating at low pressure - about 2-2.5 atmospheres.

Of course, the resulting water suspension from such systems cannot be called a full-fledged fog. It is not a mist, but very fine droplets, but for most applications this is sufficient, especially when used in medium and small greenhouses.

4 nozzle fogger

Fogger 1 nozzle

Low pressure, conventional drip irrigation filtration, standard pumps and controllers - all this equipment is quite reasonable.

Therefore, any greenhouse owner can buy and assemble a low-pressure fogging installation.

What you need to assemble a low pressure fogging system:

  • Controller - manages the operation of the system according to a schedule or sensors,
  • Pumping station - provides required pressure in the fogging line,
  • Filter - purifies water and protects nozzles from clogging,
  • Water supply line - provides water distribution through the greenhouse to the nozzles

1. Controller for fogging

The automatic mode of operation of the fogging system is provided the right choice controller. The controller must ensure that necessary task maintaining temperature, humidity, etc.

The main feature of the controller for fogging systems is the ability to turn on the water supply to seconds . Since the inclusion of fogging is usually carried out for 10-15 seconds.

In fogging systems, only specific controllers can be used, since conventional timers not able to turn on the water supply for seconds. Such a function has, for example:

  1. some models of Gewa-Baccara timers with index W (Window)
  2. controllers automatic watering f. Irritrol series Junior.

Controller Junior Max

Special Window timer f. Baccara-Gewa LLc.

2. Fogging pump

A low pressure misting pump can be used with virtually any pump that provides the required water flow and pressure for the misting nozzles. Better to use pumping stations With expansion tank- a receiver, since frequent switching on and off for a pump without a receiver is harmful.

To stabilize the outlet pressure, a pressure reducer can be installed downstream of the station.

3. Fogging filter

Fogging nozzles require for their work clean water, so you need to use a filter after pumping unit. The degree of necessary filtration is needed at the level of 130 microns. This requirement is met by conventional 120mesh filters used for drip irrigation systems.

How does the fogging system work?

The fogger works on the principle of natural natural conditioner, waterfall: the water suspension constantly evaporates, while taking away heat from the air.

When the pump unit is turned on at 70 bar, a high-pressure water flow moves to the nozzles of the system, where water droplets turn into particles of 5 microns in size, we get the effect of lightning evaporation. Fog lowers the temperature of the surrounding space, and the more liquid is involved, the lower the air temperature will be.

This process is "thermodynamic". It is effective due to the fact that a lot of energy is spent on the evaporation of water (it takes 600 calories of heat to evaporate 1 gram of water). The return of this energy leads to a decrease in temperature. The overall efficiency of the system depends, of course, on the temperature and humidity of the air. With an increase in temperature (ideal temperatures for the operation of the system are temperatures in the range from 29 to 45 ° C) and a decrease in air humidity (at a humidity of more than 90%, the performance of the system is low, at a humidity in the range from 40% to 90%, the systems work well, at a humidity below 40% they work best) the results of the system can be very significant. Obviously, the more liquid is involved in the process, the stronger the cooling effect.

Advantages of misting systems:

  • Can lower the temperature up to 15 degrees Celsius;
  • Economical in water consumption (consumption for a classic gazebo up to 2 liters / hour);
  • Low energy consumption;
  • Safe to use (ordinary water is used);
  • The control unit and the pump are protected by special anti-vandal cases
  • Warranty and post-warranty service.

Where will fogging be demanded?

The artificial fog system is perfect solution when it is necessary to lower the temperature, create a pleasant microclimate and required level humidity, so in the hot summer, when the temperature goes off scale, foggers are of particular relevance for cafes with open terraces and for summer areas.

Fogging systems are installed in cafes, restaurants, hotels, amusement parks, tennis courts and clubs. Fogging machine also found decorative application in swimming pools to supplement landscape design and creating various visual effects.
