During installation, commissioning and maintenance of the boiler, it is necessary to observe certain rules established by state standards and the requirements of the manufacturer. Mounting

For installation of the boiler, as well as for its further safe and economical operation, it is necessary to have a qualified project for the entire heating system. The boiler may only be installed by a specialized service organization authorized by the manufacturer. Only the type of gas that is indicated on the type plate of the product can be used for the operation of the boiler. The installed and assembled boiler must not be moved to a new location. The boiler must be installed in such a way that the socket for the electrical connection of the boiler is located in accessible place. If it is necessary to intervene in the operation of the boiler, it is imperative to pull out the plug from the mains socket. The boiler is designed for mounting on a wall made of non-combustible material. On the boiler itself and at a distance of 100 mm from it there should not be objects made of combustible materials.

Commissioning

The commissioning of the boiler can only be carried out by a specialized service organization authorized by the manufacturer, which has a permit (license) from the relevant State supervision services.

When putting the boiler into operation, a specialist of an authorized service organization is obliged to carry out the following:

    check tightness of connections

    to adjust the boiler (if necessary)

    control all functions of the boiler

    familiarize the User with the rules for servicing the boiler and caring for it

Description of the boiler

Heating - with attached room thermostat

The boiler will start working when it receives a signal from the room thermostat to reduce the temperature in the heated rooms.
After receiving the signal, the pump accelerates, and the gas valve opens the gas flow to the main burner. Heating water flows from the pump to the heat exchanger, where it is heated and then enters the heating system.
The heating water temperature is recorded by the heating water temperature sensor. Heating of heating water continues until the boiler is turned off when the desired (set) temperature in the heated premises is reached.
Thus, the process is repeated as long as the boiler is connected to the mains.
The heating water temperature is set to the maximum value.

Heating - without room thermostat

The pump runs constantly. The operation of the boiler is controlled by the control and regulation unit in accordance with the temperature of the heating water set by the user with the control knob on the boiler panel

Domestic hot water heating (combined boilers)

Domestic hot water heating has priority over heating water heating.
The flow of water through the domestic water flow fuse will introduce the boiler into the process of heating domestic water when the 3-way control valve changes the direction of heating water flow, and it will pass through the secondary heat exchanger, and from there back to the pump. Domestic water is heated from the heated heating water in the secondary heat exchanger.
After the end of the selection of warm utility water, the boiler will automatically switch to the heating process.

Domestic hot water heating (standard boilers)

Boilers designed for heating can also be used to heat domestic water in the MORA storage water heater. The storage water heater is connected to the heating system, domestic water is heated by warm heating water ("WATER-WATER" system).
When installing the boiler together with storage water heater a three-way valve with an internal microswitch must be used, and room thermostat- These items are available upon request.

Security systems

The safe operation of the boiler is ensured by the following elements:

    Heating and utility water flow sensors- they will not allow ignition of the main burner with insufficient water flow.

    Emergency thermostat- closes the gas supply to the boiler when the maximum allowable temperature water in the heat exchanger.

    Backdraft fuse (boilers with flue gas discharge into the chimney)
    If contamination occurs chimneys(even partial), which will contribute to the ingress (leakage) of combustion products into the room, then the back draft fuse will register an increase in the temperature of the surrounding space and cause the gas supply to the main burner to close.
    The boiler can be put back into operation by re-igniting the pilot burner only after the fuse has cooled down, i.e. after approximately 10 minutes.

    Pressure switch (boilers with exhaust gases "TURBO")
    If there is a blockage of the pipes for the removal of combustion products (even partial), or the combustion of fuel worsens (it will be lower established norm) under the influence of a decrease in fan speed (voltage drop in the mains), or the fan does not work, the pressure switch will not turn on the boiler, so that combustion products do not accumulate in closed chamber combustion.

The backdraft safety device or the pressure switch must always function during the operation of the boiler and nothing must affect their function (eg change of position).
If the backdraft safety device or pressure switch trips again, contact an authorized service organization to have the problem rectified and a working test carried out.

Heating water temperature adjustment knob
Designed to set the required heating water temperature in the range from 30 to 80°C. If the room thermostat is operating, the heating water temperature is set to the maximum value.

Mode switch "SUMMER-WINTER" (installed only on combined boilers)
When the switch is set to the "WINTER" position, the boiler is prepared for operation - heating heating water or utility water.
When the switch is set to the "SUMMER" position, the boiler is ready only for the process of heating domestic water. This mode is mainly used in summer period when there is no need to heat the premises.

Shows the temperature of the heating water at the outlet of the boiler.

Preparing the boiler for work

When preparing the boiler for operation, the following must be done:

    check the water pressure in the heating system

    open the inlets and outlets of heating water (or utility water) - (valves under the boiler)

    open the gas supply to the boiler

A qualified specialist of an authorized service organization, when putting the boiler into operation, must:

    Check pump mode - must be set to stage 3.

    Start the boiler according to the instructions

    Check pilot burner flame

    Extinguish the flame of the pilot burner - after 5-7 seconds the main burner should go out

    After the pilot burner has gone out, check the response time solenoid valve in gas fittings - after 40-50 seconds a characteristic click should be heard.

    Check the function of switching the boiler to reduced power

    Carry out burner control:
    check the main burner, the flame should only be near the outlets,
    check the stability of the flame along the entire length of the burner plates.

Boiler start

The boiler is a fully automatic device. The main burner is ignited automatically by the signal from the boiler automation from the pilot burner, which is constantly on. The pilot burner is manually ignited. As additional equipment piezo ignition can be installed on the boiler.

Boiler ignition sequence

    set the gas valve control knob (located under the boiler casing) to the position "ignition of the pilot burner". Keeping the handle pressed in this position, manually ignite the pilot burner (if there is an additionally installed piezo ignition, press the piezo ignition button several times until the pilot burner lights up);

    after ignition of the pilot burner, continue to hold the gas valve button (approximately 5-7 seconds). Then let go and make sure sustainable burning ignition burner;

    switch the gas valve handle to the operating mode. The boiler is ready for operation;

    turn on the "ON / OFF" button - the button will light up. In the "Winter" mode, the main burner will light up, in the "Summer" mode, the boiler will start to work in case of hot water analysis.
