Error code 01 - Ignition error

This code means that the boiler has a problem with ignition. In this case, the device does not start up. Possible reasons:

  7. Breakage of the ionization candle. Replacement required.
  8. Problems with the electrical circuit of the ionization candle. Checking the circuit itself and the contacts is required.
  9. Breakdown of the ignition transformer. Install a new one.

Error code 02 - The water temperature has exceeded the allowable value

Error code 03 - No traction

This code reports a lack of traction. The device has been stopped due to an accident. Possible causes and solutions:

  2. Poor air supply to the furnace. Clean the air intake duct.
  3. There is no tightness of the pressure switch tubes. Carry out a replacement.

Error code 04 - Insufficient water pressure in the heating circuit

Pops are heard in the burner

  1. No room thermostat jumper. Install it.

The sensor for controlling the temperature of the water supplied to the heating is broken. Descale this sensor first. This is true if a submersible sensor is installed. Or do a replacement.

Error 01 (E2)- Fault due to unsuccessful ignition or overheating of the coolant. The boiler is not functioning.

Troubleshooting

I have been using the Neva Lux gas boiler manufactured by Baltgaz for 2 years. Now in his work began to appear defects. If you use for a long time hot water, the pressure drops in the system and it stops with error 04. Although the pressure gauge shows the same pressure of 1.6 bar. account for

Six months ago, I installed a double-circuit boiler Neva Lux 8230. Recently I encountered such a problem. When hot water was needed, I opened the faucet as usual. It went warm at first, then cold again. Error 02 appeared on it at that moment. I tried to reset it with the "reset" key, but after that the heating turned on. After that, hot water was again required in the evening. Opened the faucet and everything worked fine. The device worked without problems for 4 days, but today the error appeared again. Studied more carefully. It happens like this. After the transition to DHW heating, a sound is heard inside, similar to the suction of air. At the same time, one can observe the instability of the pressure gauge readings (approximately 0.5 in each direction). And all this is accompanied by the same strong sound, not only from itself, but also from the membrane tank (additional, external 18l). After that, the pressure rises sharply already up to 5 bar. Switching off, the water temperature drops to 23C. And error 02 is displayed. The instructions say that I have air in the heating system, but I work with hot water. What is the connection? Maybe my three way valve is broken? Or is my filter clogged in the heating system itself?

Error 02 - the coolant is overheating. Perhaps the fan is broken or the sensor is damaged.

My Neva Lux 7023 boiler stops about 2 times a month with error 07. A reboot always solves this problem. And now a new error has appeared - E5. It works for a quarter of an hour and turns off. What happened to him?

Error E7 means that the coolant is too hot. Perhaps you have a heat exchanger with inside all in scale, and because of it, there is poor circulation in the system. Has it started making any unusual noises for you? But about E5, here you need to pay attention to the pressure switch or fan. You have to watch this and that. In a good way, this problem should be solved by a specialist. Also, just in case, check if your chimney is iced up.

The unit showed error 03. As I understand it, it means problems with the fan. When checking, I applied voltage to it - everything is normal. Also checked the pressure switch - also serviceable. Is it a relay on the board? I ran into something similar a couple of years ago. But then a friend helped me out, giving from his old unit. Tell me, is it possible to somehow work without this relay? I tried to manually spin the fan, it started working, but no gas came out. Is the relay responsible for this? But now the error was 01.

In order for the relay to work longer, you need to more carefully configure gas valve and heating power, and it is also desirable to install a room thermostat. All this not only increases the life of the device, but also saves gas. To solve error 01, you need to check the voltage on the gas valve, whether it opens normally and whether gas is flowing. It is better to call a specialist, since all these checks are associated with a risk to life. And the master has a differential. pressure gauge for assessing gas pressure. My wall-mounted boiler Neva Lux 7023 (Baltgaz) has a problem with hot water. With heating, everything is normal, and as soon as I start the analysis of water, an E2 error appears. The water does not heat up. If the water is closed, then it continues to heat the apartment quite normally. The water pressure is consistently good. I looked in the instructions, it says that E2 is an error of unsuccessful ignition or overheating of the coolant. During DHW operation, the burner starts and burns for 2 seconds. Then the thermometer shows a temperature of 95C, the device immediately turns off and an error occurs. The water is coming warm while the burner burns. What could be broken?

Try to check the DHW temperature sensor, this may be the case. Although, in theory, the E2 error symbolizes problems with ignition, but then there would be no heating.

My boiler manufactured by Baltgaz, installed on the wall, at first did not want to switch from the heating system mode to hot water supply. Although, sometimes, for reasons I do not understand, it still worked as it should. First of all, I checked that all contacts were in good condition, then I checked the electric motor three-way valve. If you clamp it with a screwdriver, then the valve is in good condition and works as it should. If you switch the mode (with the engine removed), then everything works. Stem movement is noticeable and consistent. Contacted the service center. The master who came to me suggested that the problem was in the duct sensor. He did not see the signal coming to him.
