How to choose a reversible plow for a walk-behind tractor? The best serial motoblocks mtz and possible attachments Universal rotary plow

A plow for a walk-behind tractor is one of the most useful devices that allows you to plow any soil with high quality, saving a lot of time and effort. Let's look at the features of mounting the plow, as well as how to make the structure with your own hands.

In the design of any plow, regardless of its dimensions and shape, there is a hitch, through which the device is attached to the walk-behind tractor. The hitch can be stationary or universal. The element of the second type is considered the best option, since it gives more opportunities for adjusting the plow.

Regardless of the type of hitch, the installation of the structure on the walk-behind tractor is always carried out in the same order. To attach the plow to the walk-behind tractor, proceed in the following sequence:

  1. First, install the walk-behind tractor on stands - for this you can use bricks or logs;
  2. Attach the plow hitch to the towbar of the walk-behind tractor so that the holes on both elements coincide with each other;
  3. Fix the hitch to the towbar with bolts.

Many beginners think that more reliable fastening plow to the walk-behind tractor, the more efficient the work of attachments will be. However, practice shows that too rigid a connection will only worsen the quality of plowing. The fact is that during the operation of the plow, forces act on it, leaving perpendicular to the blade plane. Because of this, resistance arises, which pushes the plow away from the walk-behind tractor. To eliminate this, when installing the plow, you need to leave a horizontal play of about 5 degrees.

The quality of plowing the soil depends on how correctly you set up the plow on the walk-behind tractor. Adjustment of attachments is carried out in 3 stages, during which you must:

  • adjust the plowing depth;
  • adjust the inclination of the field board:
  • adjust the slope angle.

Plowing depth is the depth of the plow when plowing the soil. As a rule, this value should correspond to the height of the shovel bayonet. If the depth of immersion is insufficient, then as a result, most of the roots of the weeds will remain underground. If the immersion height is too high, then this will lead to mixing of the fertile soil layer with the ground below it. Because of this, planted plants will be left without nutrients.

Adjustment of the plowing depth is carried out by means of three bolts connecting the lock and the plow leg. By lowering the plow down or raising it up, you can adjust the depth of its immersion in the ground.
The slope of the plow landboard is quite often referred to as the "angle of attack". This parameter implies the level of inclination of the tillage plane in relation to the ground surface. Adjustment of the inclination of the field board is carried out using a screw handle. For this you need:

  1. Put a walk-behind tractor with a plow on several stands;
  2. Unscrew the handles so that the field board is on the ground;
  3. Unscrew the handle in the other direction until the board hangs above the ground at a height of 2–3 cm.

If the “attack level” is too high, then the plow will cling to the ground, which will lead to constant slippage of the walk-behind tractor. If this parameter is too small, then the plow will not remove the layer of soil required for processing.

After completing the 2 previous steps, you can begin to adjust the blade angle. The order of action is as follows:

  1. To begin with, install a walk-behind tractor with a plow on the edge of the garden and go through the first furrow. This is necessary in order to determine the depth of plowing the soil;
  2. While moving, try to keep a perfectly even trajectory so that the next furrows are also even. To obtain even furrows, you can use a thread stretched between the beginning and end of the row;
  3. Next, install the walk-behind tractor so that its wheel fits in the furrow, and the plow is perpendicular to the ground. To achieve best result, use a square to adjust.

After completing all of the above steps, you will set up the plow of the walk-behind tractor as correctly as possible, which will help to achieve the best result when plowing the garden.

Types of plows for walk-behind tractors

Plows used for plowing are divided into several types. These include:

    • single-hull designs - these products are the easiest to use. They have a minimum weight and consist of a small number of parts;

    • reversible or rotary plows - the upper part of such structures is equipped with a curved feather designed to turn the soil directly during plowing. The reversible plow is most effective when processing heavy soil;

  • rotary plows - attachments of this type has the most complex design. On sale you can find a double-hull plow, consisting of two, and a three-hull, consisting of three shares;
  • disc plows - designs of this type are used mainly for plowing wet soil. The depth of soil cultivation with such plows is slightly less than in attachments of previous types.

Each of the listed types of plows has found application in plowing one or another type of soil. However, the most versatile is considered to be a double-sided reversible plow - it shows high efficiency when processing soil of any type.

Before you start making a plow with your own hands, you will need to carefully study the drawings. They should tell you how to attach the structural parts to each other.

The further procedure is as follows:

    1. First, make a plowshare. To do this, take steel, at least 5 mm thick, and give it desired shape. Beat the cutting part of the steel billet on the anvil, then sharpen it. This is done in exactly the same way as in the case of sharpening a manual braid;

    1. Next, you need to make homemade blade. For this, a steel pipe with a diameter of 50 cm and a wall thickness of not more than 5 mm is suitable. Cut the blank for the future blade with a cutter. To give the product the desired shape, beat it off on the anvil and process it on a grinding machine;
    2. Next, you need to assemble the plow parts into one design. Take a sheet of steel, the dimensions of which should be 50 × 50 cm, and the thickness should be 3 mm. Make a 4 cm indent along the edges of the sheet and align it so that you end up with a zero angle;
    3. Then, using wedges, attach a plowshare to the sheet and make two-sided spot welding, observing an angle of 25 °;
    4. Connect the ploughshare and blade together as tightly as possible. Between top the blade and the plowshare knife should form an angle of 8 °;

  1. After that, weld the side shield, share and back of the blade together. The video will tell you more about the manufacture of the plow.

After that, again take accurate measurements of all angles. Only after making sure that the connections are correct, you can finally weld the plow parts. Once the structure has completely cooled down, clean the existing welds.

Reversible plow for a walk-behind tractor - manufacturing procedure

As in the first case, to make rotary plow, you need to study the design scheme. Otherwise, even the slightest inaccuracy will lead to low efficiency of the finished attachment.

To make a Zykov plow, proceed in this order:

    1. For the manufacture of the plowshare, use sheet steel, about 5 mm thick. Cut a workpiece out of it, heat it with gas burner and bend as shown in the picture. The plowshare must be removable. The cutting part of the part is beaten off on the anvil and sharpened on a special machine;

  1. Next, make a dump. It can be made from a pipe with a wall thickness of 5 mm and a diameter of 50 cm. According to the template, cut out the blade blank with a gas burner, then grind the product with a grinder;
  2. After that, from sheet steel, 3 mm thick, make the plow body and assemble the structure using welding;
  3. Clean the welding seams with a file and process with sandpaper.

As a result of the work, you get a universal plow for a walk-behind tractor, with which you can work not only dry, but also wet soil.

How to make a disc plow on a walk-behind tractor?

The disc plow-hiller is a very useful device that allows you to prepare even furrows for planting potatoes and other tuber crops. Before proceeding with the manufacture of such a plow, study the drawings. Using them, you will be able to control the build progress and avoid mistakes.

The procedure for the manufacture of a disc plow on a walk-behind tractor is as follows:

  1. The supporting corner acts as the basis of the plow. To make it, use an equilateral corner, the shelves of which, when cold, should be reduced at an angle of 70 °;
  2. Weld the sock to the corner. After that, weld the heel through the thrust bar;
  3. Fix the cheeks on the support corner with the help of loops. The distance between the corner and the cheeks should be such that when the cheeks are opened, their end sides do not rest against each other;
  4. Weld the swivel mechanism to the stop angle in such a way that the supporting part of the mechanism is perpendicular to the angle.

At the end, adjust the cheeks of the plow. To do this, fix each of them with a vise and adjust so that in the end they are bent in the opposite direction from each other.

Rotary plow on a walk-behind tractor - manufacturing features

Rotary plow for motoblock with support wheel- this is the most complex type attachments used today are used for plowing. When working on it, you need to be extremely careful, since the slightest mistake will lead to poor quality soil processing. The manufacturing process is as follows:

  • A milling cutter, which can be made from steel pipe and metal plates. The plates must be welded to the pipe in such a way that during rotation they grind the soil and throw it to the side;
  • Next, make a frame for the plow gearbox. It can have any shape, the main thing is that moisture and debris do not get inside the gearbox;
  • The gearbox cannot be made - it must be purchased. After that, the mechanism must be connected to the gearbox of the walk-behind tractor;
  • Since the rotary plow is a fairly large design, separate wheels will be required to use it. They can be taken from an old moped or motorcycle.

A ready-made plow for a walk-behind tractor will regularly serve for more than one year. The main thing is to change the oil for lubricating the gearbox in time.

Do-it-yourself plow to a walk-behind tractor from a horse - how to do it yourself?

Unlike other types of attachments, a horse plow can be made almost entirely out of wood. The only metal part is the plowshare, since the wooden element will quickly become unusable due to regular soil treatment. The plow manufacturing algorithm is as follows:

  1. Take 2 first wooden bars, about 10 cm thick - they will serve for the manufacture of handles. Rubber pads must be put on the upper part of the handles;
  2. Connect the handles to each other at a right angle so that when plowing you can firmly grab them with both hands;
  3. Connect the lower parts of the parts with self-tapping screws;
  4. Take another beam, 20 cm thick. It should be curved so that its upper and lower ends are parallel to each other;
  5. Fasten the plowshare to the lower end;
  6. At the upper end, install a hitch, which can also be made from small wooden blocks;
  7. Fasten the double part of the handles in the middle.

Despite the simplicity of design, the horse plow shows a fairly high efficiency. True, it is rather dangerous to use it for plowing wet soil, since wooden elements can simply break from the severity of the soil.

Regardless of the method you choose to make a plow, each of improvised designs can be used to work with Mole, MTZ, Salyut motoblocks, as well as Neva MB-1 and MB-2.

To understand what is reversible plow, and how to make a reversible plow for a walk-behind tractor, let's look at the plowing process - the usual turning over of the earth, i.e. what was below is above, and vice versa.

After the plow passes through the ground, a furrow remains, dividing the area into plowed and not. Depending on the direction, the plow turns the earth either to the left or to the right. There are downsides to working small areas earth. When they plow into a stall, when the tractor turns around, a small mound is obtained.

And when they plow at random, a furrow turns out in the middle. As a result, the garden is uneven. To avoid this, when using a walk-behind tractor or a tractor, they try to back away and plow again. But there is an idling, because when the tractor goes in one direction, it plows, but not in the other. To solve this problem, various reversible plows were invented. There are a lot of designs of such plows, but when using them, fuel is significantly saved, time and work becomes more convenient.

Reversible plow device for walk-behind tractor

Consider the device of a reversible plow to a walk-behind tractor using a specific example.
The plow is designed for crumbling and turning the arable layer, and is recommended for use on soils that have already been cultivated.

The main characteristics of the plow

  • Plowing depth 20cm;
  • Ploughshare (capture) width 22 cm;
  • To adjust the depth of plowing, 3 holes are made in the rack;
  • Height 76 cm;
  • Width 32 cm;
  • Length 48 cm;

The plow is attached to the walk-behind tractor with the help of an appropriate hitch.
The plow must be adjusted so that the side edge of the field board during operation is parallel to the direction of movement, i.e. along the furrow wall. And the reference triangle formed by the cutting edge of the plowshare, the heel and the bottom edge of the field board must be in a horizontal plane.

In order to adjust the plowing depth, it is necessary to adjust the angle of inclination of the plow body in the vertical-longitudinal plane. To do this, use additional holes in the mini-coupler bracket and the plow leg, or the hitch adjusting screw.

During operation, you can correct the correct installation of the plow. The design of this reversible plow allows you to dump a layer of soil in one direction, both in forward and reverse stroke. To change the bodies of the reversible plow, it is enough to turn it 180 ° around the axis and fix it in the working position. Before you start working with the plow, you need to equip it with lugs to ensure reliable adhesion of the unit drive to the cultivated soil.

Safety precautions when working with a reversible plow

Before starting work, check that all threaded connections. Remove all foreign objects from the treated area. When maneuvering the machine with the plow installed, as well as when reversing, be especially careful. To avoid injury from protruding sharp corners and edges, observe the safe distance to the gun.

Use protective gloves when servicing the implement. When you have finished work, you need to clean the plow. All parts and threaded connections that do not have paintwork must be lubricated. The plow must be stored indoors.

Do-it-yourself reversible plow for a walk-behind tractor drawings and description

If there is no experience in this type of activity, it is first necessary to consult with a specialist in order to understand the main difficulties of the process.

Each type of plow has its own design features. The simplest design has a single-hull plow, and this best option for beginners who do not have the relevant skills in this matter.
At the top of the body of the reversible plow there is a bent feather, which allows you to process the overturned layer of the earth. Therefore, this product is optimal when processing hard soil.

In the process of manufacturing such a design, it is very important to follow all the instructions and carefully observe the parameters of the drawing. The slightest inaccuracy allowed will significantly affect the characteristics of the product, and during operation it will negatively manifest itself in the results of work.

For the manufacture of the plow, you need to use steel with a thickness of 3-5 mm. The ploughshare is made first. It must be removable. The cutting part must be beaten off on the anvil and sharpened.

The next is a dump.

A pipe with a diameter of half a meter and a wall thickness of 5 mm is used as a blank. By gas welding, a blade blank is cut out according to a template, and subjected to grinding with a grinder. After the manufacture of these two parts, the plow body is made of steel 2-3 mm thick and the structure is assembled.

Adjustment and tuning of the plow for a walk-behind tractor

After the plow is made, you need to set it up. But before that, you need to set up a walk-behind tractor. After the walk-behind tractor has been taken out to the field, the wheels with rubber tires must be removed and replaced with wheels that are equipped with lugs.

Otherwise, during plowing, a walk-behind tractor with a reversible plow will begin to slip due to soil resistance. Then the plow for the walk-behind tractor is attached to attachment. To adjust the device, the nuts on the mount are not fully tightened. Then, using two metal pin, we fix the unit with the mounting earring of the walk-behind tractor. From maximum correct setting directly depends on the quality of plowing.

The main steps for adjusting the plow

To carry out balancing, the walk-behind tractor is installed with wheels on specially prepared stands. The depth of plowing depends on the height of these supports. For winter tillage, the height of the stands is 20-25 cm, for spring tillage - about 15-20 cm.

Using the adjusting bolts, you need to set the angle of the plow. We make sure that the “heel” of the plow remains parallel with the ground surface.
After fixing the plow, the walk-behind tractor is placed on the ground. The control knobs are set according to the height of the plowman's waist.
On the last step we evaluate the correctness of the plow setting by the experimental method.

We plow two or three furrows, and determine the depth of cut, the distance between the ridges and the quality of the soil dump. If the distance between the furrows is more than 10 cm, or if they overlap, then repeat the adjustment.

The plow is an integral part of the walk-behind tractor and is mandatory for use by every owner of Belarus. It is worth noting that they are different, and you should choose carefully.

Plows are:

  • Reversible or they are also called rotary. Plowing is carried out with the help of a blade;
  • Disk (they are rotary). Plowed with rotating discs.

From the manufacturer

The official website presents one type of reversible plow - the universal PU-00.000-01 for the MTZ-09N motoblock. It is suitable not only for the MTZ-09N model, but also for any other MTZ walk-behind tractor. The universal plow is used for plowing by Belarus of any lands, including virgin ones.

Features of the universal plow PU-00.000-01

  • A reversible plow can be used both on new lands and on already plowed ones;
  • The weight of the reversible plow is only 16 kg;
  • The width of one track when plowing is about 30 cm, that is, it is possible to work with large areas;
  • It is possible to work at a depth of up to 25 cm, the immersion is adjusted using special holes on the stand;
  • Due to its shape, it is possible to use Belarus for digging up root crops;
  • The light weight of the structure makes it easy to transport;
  • Fastening to the MTZ walk-behind tractor occurs using a conventional hitch.

The main design feature of this model is the shape of the reversible plow. The ridge at the bottom grabs the earth, and at the top it expands and sheds it. Due to this, the soil is thrown away from the trench and does not fall back.

It is made of high quality steel, and the design itself is simple and durable. Due to this, long-term reliable operation of equipment is achieved instead of Belarus for a long time and under heavy loads.

Analogues

Several more similar models of plows are compatible with Belarus.

Plow P1-20/3

This reversible plow is manufactured by Mobil K from Gagarin. It is made in the same shape as the PU, but only a single grip of the plowshare is fixed and is 21.5 cm. And this is almost a third less than that of a universal plow.

The design weighs 8 kg. It is worth using the P1-20/3 plow only when Belarus is working with small plots.

Double-furrow reversible plow

This model has configuration features. The share of this plow is made in the form of a feather. Its tip enters the ground, and the ground is not immediately thrown to the sides, but turns over several times in front of the plow, and then leaves. This results in better mixing of the topsoil.

The maximum plowing depth is up to 20 cm, the plowshare width is 15.5 cm. This is less than that of other models, but plowing is more efficient.

This design weighs 12 kg, and the speed of Belarus, together with a reversible plow, is from 2 to 5 km / h. It is produced in Russia.

Homemade option

The design of the reversible plow is simple. Its main working part is the plowshare. It sinks into the ground and plows. For MTZ-09N walk-behind tractors, you can do it yourself.

Stages of designing a homemade plow

  • This will require a steel plate. The metal should be thick from 3 mm. Since this element cuts the soil, and a lot of pressure will be exerted on it.
  • Next, you should make a dump. A metal pipe with a diameter of half a meter is perfect for its manufacture. It is enough to cut out a blade template from cardboard, transfer it to a pipe and cut it out. Do not take too thick metal, the recommended share thickness for normal plowing is from 3 to 5 mm.
  • fabricate with square metal pipe L-shaped hitch.
  • The next step is to connect the blade to the plowshare by welding, and weld a small piece on the back square pipe in order to connect it to the hitch with bolts. Then, with the help of these bolts, it will be possible to adjust the depth of the plow.

Also on the forums a large number of various schemes, drawings and videos on how to assemble a plow for Belarus with your own hands.

Plow adjustment

A properly tuned plow is the key to successful ploughing. Here's how it's done:

  1. Depth adjustment. The recommended level of immersion of the plow into the ground during plowing is 5-7 cm. Firstly, this is the average level of immersion of a shovel. Secondly, in this case it is impossible to touch the clay rock, which may be below. Thirdly, at such a depth of plowing, the roots are not covered large quantity land, and freeze during the winter.
  2. Adjustment of the "angle of attack". This moment involves adjusting the angle of plunging the share into the ground. If it is too big, instead of plowing, it will be used as an anchor, and just pull Belarus to the ground. If it is too small, then instead of plowing, it will slide over the surface.
  3. And one more piece of advice. The first track should be as flat as possible. Since all subsequent ones will follow it. After you make the first track, put the MTZ walk-behind tractor with one wheel in the track and continue to work. If it is uneven, then additional adjustment will be necessary.

Reviews

There are many reviews on the Internet about the operation of plows, for example:

Pavel:

“After I made a plow with my own hands, I began to use it. But at the same time I forgot to polish it. As a result, dirt stuck to the plow, and it worked like a bulldozer. As a result, I had to clean off all the rust and scale, then it became much easier. ”

Maros:

“It is important to maintain the same tire pressure. In my experience, a pressure of 2 atmospheres is considered ideal. If it is less, then the wheels will quickly wear out and stick out under the weight of Belarus itself, it is better to let them be pumped over than under-inflated. If the pressure is not the same, then the MZT will constantly go in one direction. And even better (if possible), replace the conventional wheels with ground-gripping ones, and the work with the plow will go smoothly and smoothly, the main thing is to adjust it correctly "

Okuchniki

Hillers allow you to cut furrows for planting crops, but their main use is precisely hilling potatoes to get a bigger harvest.

Okuchniki are of several types:

  • Negotiable. This is the simplest type of hiller, which works with two plows.
  • Disk. This option is more efficient. It works with the help of two rotating disks. Which rotate and loosen the soil.
  • Active. This special kind okuchnik, Which works with the help of propellers. If disk and revolving hillers just flip upper layer land for potatoes, then this one first crushes it, and only then discards it.

From the manufacturer

The official manufacturer offers one version of the hiller - the universal reverse hiller OU-00.000-01.

It looks like two connected plows. It is possible to adjust the row spacing by rearranging the plows at different distances from 45 to 70 cm. The plow plunges into the ground to a depth of 10 cm. The average speed of movement of Belarus with a reversible hiller is 4 km / h. The design weighs 20 kg.

Analogues

The best analogue for any factory mounted equipment for MTZ is Lida products. Including hillers.

Okuchnik OK-2 is presented by a Lida company and has similar parameters with a universal okuchnik, except for the immersion depth. The maximum immersion of this unit is 12 cm. Accordingly, the speed in this case drops to 3 km / h.

Unfortunately, there are no special disk hillers for the MTZ walk-behind tractor.

You can always choose a universal option for a walk-behind tractor that will work successfully on it. The main thing is to choose a hitch.

The Ukrainian company "Agromotorservice" offers a large number of universal equipment, including disk hillers. The sizes of the discs can vary from 18 to 36 cm. The level of immersion in them can be at most half the diameter. The disadvantage is that they are designed to process only 1 row, while reversible hillers work with two rows at once.

Homemade option

It is problematic to make a disk hiller, it is much easier to reverse in its design. To make it, it is enough to have two plows on hand, which, with the help of bolts, are connected not to Belarus, but to the frame. And the frame itself is already connected to the MTZ.

The frame should be made of a square tube in the shape of the letter "T". This design is simple but effective and has been known since Soviet times.

How to make a light on an MTZ walk-behind tractor

If the equipment has its own generator, then you only need to install a flashlight. For this you need to prepare:

  • electric drill;
  • soldering iron;
  • screwdriver
  • wrench;
  • wire cutters;
  • heat shrink tube;
  • electrical cable;
  • headlight;
  • position and turning lights.

Procedure:

  1. Screw the base of the lighting fixtures to the body.
  2. Move the headlight to a separate bracket.
  3. On the steering column, install the buttons for turning on the lamp, turning and side lights. Secure them with clamps.
  4. Pull the electrical cable into the corrugated tube, and pull the tube itself to the steering column and frame so that there is no sagging.
  5. Attach the wires to the generator and terminals.
  6. Start the engine and check the operation of the lighting system.
  7. Isolate all twists and joints.

In order for the lighting to be constant even with a small load, it is recommended to install a stabilizer.

What kind of oil to fill in a motoblock engine

There are several options for oil that can be poured into a walk-behind tractor engine:

  1. API CJ-4. Used for units with a capacity of 10-12 horsepower.
  2. API CH-4. It is suitable for 4-stroke diesel engines.
  3. API CF-2. This option suitable for equipment that operates in harsh conditions. The composition contains additives that protect the internal parts of the engine from rapid wear.

Pour oil into the box to the indicated mark, without spilling it.

How to weight a walk-behind tractor

To weight the unit yourself, you need to prepare:

  • 2 weights of 5 kg;
  • 2 pancakes 10 kg each;
  • 2 clutch baskets taken from a car or tractor;
  • a piece of a hexagonal solid profile;
  • 2 motoblock cotter pins.

Procedure:

  1. Cut 2 pieces of 5 cm each from the profile. Drill holes for the pins in them.
  2. Attach the cut piece to the pancakes from the bar.
  3. Insert the hexagon into the hole from the neck and weld it.
  4. Attach the clutch basket to the plate by welding.
  5. Attach a weight to the clutch.
  6. Paint everything and let the paint dry.
  7. Do the same for the second wheel.

This method allows you to make the walk-behind tractor 50 kg heavier.

You can add weight to the vehicle body:

  1. Make a frame or take a pancake (25 kg) and weld it to the body, and then fix it with a bolt.
  2. In the frame you need to cut a hole to drain the oil.

Attachment

A wide range of attachments can be attached to walk-behind tractors, such as a cultivator, tractor adapter, harrow, etc.

Adapters

The adapter to the MTZ walk-behind tractor is installed for the convenience of the driver. Such equipment allows the user to work in a sitting position rather than standing. It helps to increase the speed of work, for example, if earlier the speed was 5 km/h, then with the adapter it will increase to 10 km/h.

trailers

This additional equipment is used for transportation of small-sized cargoes.

The dimensions of the trailer for the walk-behind tractor should be as follows:

  • length - 1.4 m;
  • width - 1 m.

Such equipment is capable of transporting loads weighing up to 350 kg.

cutter

The rotator is equipment designed for efficient cultivation of dense and heavy soils, weed removal by winding.

Types of cutters:

  • six-tooth;
  • seven-tooth;
  • internal;

During operation, it is necessary to take into account the thickness of the snow cover.

The snow blower's instructions state how deep the skid is for the bucket.

What can be done with your own hands

You can independently make the following additional equipment for a walk-behind tractor:

  1. Grass cutting rake. wide band sheet metal you need to cut into segments of 10 cm and weld them to the plate in several rows with an interval of 3-4 cm. Weld long rods to the same plate for attaching to the frame of the walk-behind tractor. For a smooth ride, homemade rakes can be supplemented with rollers.
  2. Blade for clearing the area from snow. It is made from 2 pieces of channel welded together. The snow blower is attached to the front of the body with bolts.
  3. Truck and trailer. A cart can be made from a corner, a channel and old wheels from a car, and a trailer can be made from metal profiles and boards.
  1. It is made from metal profile, length from 160 to 180 cm.
  2. Another profile (50-60 cm) is welded across the profile.
  3. Braces are welded to the first profile (the length depends on the angle of inclination relative to the entire structure).
