- Metal plate;
- Bolts for fasteners;
- Metal primer and paint.

- Drill for metal with a specific drill diameter;
- Welding machine;

The process looks like this:
- A wheel and a metal plate are attached to the jack by welding.
- The finished system is primed and painted - taking into account the operation under open sky and on various road surfaces, it is necessary to do so.
- A place is selected on the drawbar of the metal frame. It is important to choose a location so that the installed innovation does not interfere with the use of the trailer and does not create dangerous situations. At the same time, it was the most convenient for human use.

Trailer preparation
From profile pipe with a section of 50x50 mm welded a subframe (photo 1 p. 1) right size, bolted the drawbar and the wheel axle to it. I welded hinges to the rear crossbar of the base (photo 2), with the help of which I fixed the frame with the body on it (the mount allows the trailer to be used as a dump truck).
I welded fixing locks to the side rails of the subframe at the same level (photo 3), which prevent the trailer from lifting while driving.
For the stability of the structure during loading or unloading, I welded retractable stands (photo 1, item 2) from a profile pipe and plates to the corners of the subframe at the back.
Important!
The height of the stands must be selected based on the distance from the subframe to the ground.
lifting platform
From a profile pipe with a section of 50x50 mm, I welded a small rectangular frame (photo 4, p. 1) for installing a crane and attached it to the front crossbar of the subframe. Inside one of the pipes of the resulting stand, I fixed a retractable leg (2)
From sheet metal 5 mm thick cut out a platform (3) of the required size and welded a piece of pipe d 89 mm (4) 300 mm long (longer possible) to it - this is the base of the crane. For reliability, the pipe with the platform was additionally connected with stiffeners.
I made a stand (5) from a pipe d 79 mm. At one end I fixed two plates (6) in parallel, and welded the lower end and inserted it into the base, after pouring lubricated balls from the bearings into the latter (this allows the stand to rotate freely).
Between the plates of the rack, I bolted an arrow (7), made of pipe sections with a section of 60x60 and 50x50 mm. To adjust the boom inclination (3 working positions and 1 traveling) and reach (3 positions) in pipes and plates, I drilled holes (8) of the required diameter into which stoppers (9) are inserted. I welded a plate to the boom and fixed a hand winch on it. Ready crane installation screwed to the frame.
