Veza VRAN6-071-DU fans have a left or right rotation impeller with backward-curved blades of a special shape, providing high efficiency and low noise.

Spiral housing - swivel. It is possible to operate the fans in the smoke exhaust mode (DU) and in the combined smoke exhaust and ventilation mode (DUV). In the latter case, the fans are equipped with motors for long-term permanent job.

The fans are equipped with standard 3-phase asynchronous single-speed motors. For VRAN9 fans according to the 1st design scheme, it is possible to complete with motors that allow frequency regulation of the rotation speed.

For the hull position P0 and LO for the 1st category of placement (outdoor), protection against atmospheric precipitation ZONT-VRAN is provided (ordered separately as an option).

The device and use of VRAN9-9

The fans have left and right rotation impellers with specially shaped backward-curved blades. Spiral housing - swivel.

Fans are manufactured according to the 1st and 5th design scheme in accordance with GOST 5976.

  • According to the 1st design scheme (with direct connection to the engine), they have two modifications VRAN6 and VRAN9, which differ in the number of impeller blades.
  • According to the 5th design scheme (with a belt drive) they have one modification - VRAN9.
  • For VRAN9, according to the 1st design scheme, a complete set of engines is proposed that allows for frequency regulation of the rotation speed.

Fans must be installed outside the serviced premises and outside the zone of permanent residence of people. The fans can be operated under moderate (M); temperate and cold (UHL) and tropical (T) climate of the 1st and 2nd category of placement according to GOST 15150. For climatic version U1, UHL1, T1 provided additional protection drive and exhaust fan from atmospheric precipitation.

Execution of fans in a noise-insulating casing (manufactured for general industrial design and housing positions of 0 and 90 degrees) allows reducing the total sound power level emitted by the fan by up to 12 dB due to the noise-absorbing and sound-insulating properties of the casing. Total level sound pressure decreases by 25...30 dB at a distance of 5 m. Additional equipment is offered with vibration isolators and flexible inserts, which allows to reduce dynamic loads, as well as reverse flanges, frequency converters and soft starters.

Design

The main element of the fan design is an impeller with backward-curved blades. The wheel is placed in a swivel spiral housing. The inlet pipe of a special cylindrical shape is located outside the wheel, which ensures durability. An inlet flange is also not provided, whereby the air entry on the suction side is more favorable. To protect the engine from precipitation, there is a separate mechanism. Three-phase asynchronous single-speed motor. Models VRAN9 according to the 1st scheme can be equipped with a drive with frequency regulation of the rotation speed. Fans are capable of operating in smoke exhaust mode or in combined smoke exhaust and ventilation mode - such models are equipped with motors for long continuous operation.

Operating conditions

VRAN industrial fans are installed outside the premises at a distance from places of permanent residence of people. Operation is allowed in temperate, temperate cold and tropical climates when placed in categories 1 and 2. Permissible temperature air - from -45 to +50ºС. If there is a source of vibration nearby, the vibration velocity should not exceed 2 mm/s. To reduce the noise level, a soundproof casing can be used.
