Delivery
Delivery is carried out throughout Moscow, as well as outside the Moscow Ring Road by delivery services of manufacturing factories. Payment for the order is made on site upon delivery.
Products are transported to the entrance, but with additional agreement we will lift the product to the floor. Delivery is carried out during the day to the address you specified within a strictly established time frame. Our employees will contact you in advance to clarify a time convenient for you to accept your order.
For each factory we have different prices delivery and services:

I really liked the sofa, except for one thing. The length of the sofa is indicated as 195 cm, but in fact it was 192 cm. The warranty card states that according to GOST there may be deviations of +- 2 cm. But I have a deviation of 3 cm. The manufacturer could not comment on how it happened that it is 1 cm smaller. Moreover, the website does not indicate that GOST is available and there may be deviations in size. I'm not very happy with this. And I think this is a complete deception. And there was a defect in the fittings, which they promised to fix, but never arrived.

We ordered this type of sofa last week. Today, Sunday, at night (at 4:25) it was delivered. I must say that this is unexpected, but the store warned about this in advance (delivery will be from 4 to 6 in the morning).
We liked the sofa, and it’s still too early to see its features. However, one thing is immediately noticeable. The sofa is a roll-out one, it has a drawer, but because it is roll-out, you can’t put things there above a certain level, otherwise the drawer won’t slide back.
