All the most interesting things in one magazine. People with unusual abilities

February 8th, 2016

People have always been interested in what lies beyond the ordinary
perception, something that is inaccessible to the majority. However, along with
there was also interest and fear due to the lack of reliable information and
unknown.

Recently, paranormal or unusual abilities of people have become
subject of social and scientific research, philistine gossip and
newspaper publications. What kind of abilities are these? Where do they come from?

Despite the fact that the human body has already been well studied by doctors and scientists, still...

Mysteries remain that are beyond our understanding.

There are many amazing cases that have happened to ordinary
people and published in the press. Some events just can't be
explain with the help of modern science.

Thus, perhaps the most famous incident occurred when my mother was walking with
with her little son and got distracted. The child ran out onto the road and was hit
under the car. Seeing this picture, the baby’s mother rushed to his aid and
raised the car. This is the case most often nowadays
described by scientists as proof that the human body
has hidden abilities.

Another fairly famous incident occurred during the war. U
the pilot got jammed due to a bolt caught in the mechanism steering.
Under fear of death, the pilot began to pull the handle with all his strength and miraculously was able to
straighten the plane. After landing, the mechanics carefully examined
control, and found a sheared bolt. As a result of the examination,
it turned out that in order to cut such a bolt it would take
force 500 kilograms.

One man was walking through the forest and accidentally came across a sleeping man.
bear. Out of fear, he grabbed a log lying nearby and rushed to run into
towards the nearby village. When the danger had passed, he threw on
ground a log, caught his breath and looked at it. It turned out to be a huge trunk
tree, which he later could not drag alone from the road. The man doesn't even
was able to explain to himself why he grabbed this log.

But such incredible stories happen not only when it comes to one’s own salvation.

There is another case. When a child fell out of a 7th floor window, he
the mother managed to grab it with one hand, while holding on to the brick with the other
cornice, and only with two fingers - index and middle.
She held on like that until the rescuers arrived, which was then difficult to unclench
her fingers.

70 summer woman Carried 13 kilometers on the back of her 40-year-old
son who was in an accident without ever stopping and putting him down
land.

Some researchers argue that a person uses his
abilities by only 10%. And this applies to both the body and the brain.

The amazing ability was demonstrated by the hypnologist Vul - he
had the ability to suggest at a distance. Wool sent a letter to
mail, in which the word was written in his handwriting: “Sleep!” If before
If the patient has already been to see this doctor, then upon receiving the letter
he immediately fell asleep.

The pop artist from France Michel had an amazing ability
Lotito - he can eat anything he sees. When he was still a child, he
“ate” the TV, and from the age of 15 he began to entertain people for money,
eating rubber, glass and metal. Because Michel ate the plane (true
it took about 2 years to eat it), it was included in the book of records
Guinness. Biologist K. Richardson can spend a whole
night. For unknown reasons, the lions accept Richardson as one of their own. Tai
Ngoc from Vietnam has not slept at all since 1973 - it started after that
how he got over the fever.

The phenomenon of Monica Tejada

There are many such inexplicable phenomena in our world. Amazing
the phenomenon is demonstrated to scientists by Monica Tejada from Spain. Under her
even metal objects bend with a gaze.

There are no tricks here. Scientists placed in a sealed glass vessel
steel wire. However, this did not stop Monica from bending the solid thread into
the shape of a dinosaur with a closed mouth. Devices during this process
recorded an increase in the girl’s body temperature and a decrease in her blood
pressure. This combination leads doctors to a dead end. Wherein
The electroencephalograph showed biocurrents characteristic of a sleeping person. U
Monica has another gift - she can diagnose diseases.

In New Jersey, on the outskirts of Trenton in the 40s, there lived a 90-year-old
an old man named Al Herpin. There was neither a trestle bed nor a bed in his hut -
Al Herpin never slept in his entire life. The old man who lived this long
age, outlived the doctors who examined him. Appetite and health
Al Herpina were good, mental capacity average. Certainly,
after a day's work he was tired, but could not sleep. The old man just sat down in
chair and read until I felt rested. After
recovery physical strength, he got back to work. Explain
doctors were unable to solve their patient’s chronic insomnia, just as they
were able to explain the source of his longevity.

There is a known case that occurred in a Russian village. There
There lived an old sick woman named Matryona. She didn't hear well, no
I saw and almost didn’t go. One night her house caught fire. The whole village
ran to the fire. Imagine the surprise of the people when they saw
how does this old lady climb over high fence. And in her hands
held a large chest, which later several men could not lift.
Where are the limits of human capabilities? And do they exist at all?

In Mexico City on Olympic Games in 1968, a track and field athlete named Robert
Beamon was able to jump almost 9 meters. Of course it seems impossible
however, Robert's record was broken. And the record that was set at 500
year BC in Ancient Greece looks absolutely fantastic -
athlete Fail then jumped almost 17 meters in length.

In New York in 1935, an absolutely normal-looking child was born.
However, he lived only 26 days. After an autopsy, it turned out that the child had
the brain was missing. Although it is known that even the most insignificant
damage to the cerebral cortex can lead to death.

The fact that there are people in the world who live with foreign objects in
body, does not surprise anyone now. But here is an incident that happened in
one of the New York hospitals seems simply incredible. In hospital
A man came in with a slight illness. Doctors examined and
found more than 250 objects in his body. Only keys in the patient's body
it turned out to be 26 pieces. About how there are so many objects in his body, man
didn't tell.

An equally striking incident occurred with a 12-year-old Russian
a boy who went to the hospital in one small town with
complaints of dizziness and weakness. Upon examination, doctors found
bullet wound in the heart area. It is unknown how the boy got this
injury, and most importantly, how he survived after that. X-ray established
that the bullet is in the solar artery. The boy was urgently sent to
Moscow, where the bullet was removed from the body. She did the incredible
journey in the body - it pierced the lung and hit the heart, which pushed it out into
aorta. The bullet moved along the vessel until it hit the solar
artery

The famous psychiatrist and neuropathologist Cesare Lombroso had a very
solid reputation in the scientific world. In his book “What After Death”
he told an incident that happened to a 14-year-old girl. She went blind but
at the same time, she acquired a completely new and amazing ability
see.

Dr. Lombroso conducted research, as a result of which
It turned out that the girl sees through her left earlobe and nose. In order to exclude
the slightest possibility of the girl's eyes participating in the experiment
the doctors covered them with a bandage so that the peeking was completely
was excluded. However, despite Taken measures, girl with ease
I read blindfolded and could distinguish colors perfectly.

When a bright light flashed next to her earlobe, she blinked, and when
the doctor wanted to put his finger to the tip of her nose, she jumped back screaming,
that he wants to blind her. Amazing movement of organs has occurred
feelings that affected not only vision. When the experimenter brought
a solution of ammonia to the girl’s nose, she did not react. But how
As soon as he brought the solution to her chin, she jerked in pain. She
I could smell smells with my chin.

I must say that some people know how to completely control
abilities of your body. These include primarily
Indian yogis. Probably the most amazing ability of yogis is
the fact that they know how to stop their own heartbeat. Yogis can
put yourself in a state of “death” - the heart’s work and breathing slow down,
and other vital processes stop.

A yogi can remain in this state for quite a long time. So what are they
strength hidden in man? Based on the above, it can be assumed that
that the capabilities of the human body are limitless. You only need
learn to control them.

Diamond tears

A woman named Hanuma living in Africa received the nickname
“diamond” for its unusual ability to cry diamonds. Since childhood
Hanuma didn't cry. The first time this happened was at the age of nine, when the girl
Peeled onions for the first time. Imagine the surprise of the girl’s parents,
when hard crystals began to fall from her eyes instead of tears.

The girl's dad was a jeweler and exposed small crystals without difficulty
determined that they were real diamonds. Parents decided to keep
secretly the unusual abilities of Hanuma and dad used crystals
daughters for making jewelry who enjoyed great
demand. One of the clients suspected something was wrong and handed over the diamond to
examination, as a result of which it turned out that the stone has
organic origin. The girl became famous throughout the world. But
Scientists have not yet been able to uncover the secret of diamond tears.

Ice man

Dutch resident Wim Hof is not sensitive to any cold. Thanks to
with his unusual abilities, the Dutchman conquered mountain peaks in one
underwear, swam for a long time in ice water and did a lot
similar feats.

Doctors carried out examinations of the body amazing person, But
the research results showed no deviations from the norm in
Vim’s body after cold procedures. Unusual abilities of the Dutchman
allow him to feel comfortable in those conditions that for
any other person would be fatal.

"Perpetual motion machine"

A little boy named Ret Lamba, who is three years old, has never in his life
slept. He is awake around the clock. Ret's parents, of course, are not happy
from such abilities of their son, but most of all they were worried about the issue of health
child. However, as repeated medical examinations have shown,
Lack of sleep does not affect Retta's health in any way, the boy is absolutely
healthy

Recent research has cleared up the picture a little. It turned out that the brain
And nervous system amazing child are built in a special way,
thanks to which the boy does not need sleep, his brain rests during
wakefulness.

Man is a reptile

History knows of cases when people had the ability to replace their
skin onto a new one, just as reptiles do. Born in
In 1851, in Missouri, S. Buskirk began changing his skin as a child.
The most amazing thing is that this always happened on the same day - June 27th.
The skin began to become rough, and then fell off in large pieces. From hand and from
She peeled off her feet like gloves or socks.

After the old skin fell off, it was possible to
observe young pink and tender skin, like the one they have
newborn babies. Over the course of several years, Mr. Buskirk collected
"leather" collection.

Glowing patient

Anna Monaro, who suffered from asthma, in 1934 looked like
fluorescent lamp. During her illness, a bluish color emanated from her chest.
glow. This phenomenon lasted for several weeks and was documented
doctors. Sometimes the color of the glow changed to red and green. Explanations
No one was able to give this phenomenon.

One psychiatrist suggested that "the phenomenon is caused by electrical and
magnetic organisms that have received quite strong development
in the body of this woman and therefore emit a radiance,” in other words, still
one way to say: "I don't know." Another doctor proposed a theory
electromagnetic radiation, linking it with certain chemical
components found in the patient’s skin, which was close to fashionable
then the theories of bioluminescence.

Dr. Protti, who made a lengthy statement regarding
his observations of Signora Monaro, suggested that her weak
health, together with fasting and piety, increased the number
sulfides in the blood. Human blood emits ultraviolet rays
range, and sulfides can be made to luminesce with ultraviolet
radiation - this explains the glow emanating from Signora Monaro’s chest
(The Times, May 5, 1934).

Anna Monaro

The proposed theory did not explain the strange periodicity or
localization of bluish flashes, and soon the confused researchers
finally fell silent.

Gould and Pyle's book "Anomalies and Curiosities in Medicine" for 1937
describes the case of a woman suffering from breast cancer. Outgoing
from the sore area of the chest there was enough light to see
the dial of a clock several feet away...

In Hareward Carrington's book Death: Its Causes and Related
phenomena" there is a mention of a child who died of indigestion. After
death, the boy’s body began to emit a bluish glow and
spread heat. Attempts to extinguish this radiance led to nothing,
but soon it stopped on its own. When the body was lifted from the bed,
it was discovered that the sheet under him was burned... The only case
radiation of light by a practically healthy person (except, of course,
Saints) is described in the English Mechanic magazine of September 24, 1869:

“One American woman, going to bed, discovered a glow from the upper part
fourth toe of her right foot. When she rubbed her leg, the glow
increased and some unknown force spread the fingers on her. From
a stench emanated from the feet, and both the light emission and the smell did not
stopped even when the leg was immersed in a basin of water. Even
soap could not extinguish or reduce the glow. This phenomenon lasted for three
a quarter of an hour, and the woman’s husband watched him.”

The Church views the phenomenon of “firefly people” approvingly. Dad
Benedict XIV wrote: “...It should be recognized as a fact - the presence of natural
flames that sometimes become visible around the human head, and
It also seems true that sometimes a person's whole body can
fire emanates, however, not like a fire rushing upward, but rather into
in the form of sparks flying in all directions."

People are lightning

Organism ordinary person capable of generating in small
quantities, but do not accumulate electricity. However, there are people
whose unusual abilities are that they can
accumulate electricity in itself, and when the opportunity arises, release it to
surrounding objects.

For example, an article was published in the journal Prediction in 1953
year, which told about a baby who hit electric shock
doctors. For another whole day he retained the tension within himself and was
dangerous to others.

But it also happens that unusual abilities awaken in people only with
age. A Chinese worker in 1988 began to notice in his body
some changes, but could not understand what it was until accidentally
did not shock his colleague, knocking him down with a shock.

Rif Mukharyanov is one of those people who were able to survive a lightning strike.

Back in 1965, Reef was struck by ball lightning, and he miraculously survived
alive Over time, he began to see strange dreams who soon began
come true - his psychic abilities began to awaken.

When he had completely recovered from his illness, his good friend fell seriously ill.
Friend. The doctors didn’t know what to do and just shrugged their shoulders, and that’s when
Reef decided to take advantage of his new opportunities. Literally through
For two weeks my friend stood firmly on his feet.

Living magnet

There are also people who have magnetism. The most amazing case
manifestations of magnetic abilities - the case of the American Frank
McKinstry. His body was pulled towards the ground. Magnetism is especially strong
showed up in the morning. Frank had to move very quickly
without stopping, because his body stuck to the ground, if he stopped
a couple of seconds, and then without outside help the man could no longer
continue moving.

Often people do not realize that they have some unusual
capabilities. German resident Erika Zur Strindberg discovered
magnetic abilities of your body after watching a TV show,
in which they talked about the magnetism of the Russian woman, Natalia Petrasova.

Just for fun, the German woman put a spoon to her chest and it “stuck” to
woman. Eric then hung almost all the cutlery on himself so that
verify that you have an unusual ability.

Unusual abilities remain to be unraveled

Many scientists agree that this kind of ability
are potentially inherent in every person, but they manifest themselves only in
extreme situations or after severe life shocks. Example
This hypothesis is served by the fortuneteller Vanga, who, having lost her sight,
gained the ability to foresee the future, the present of people and their
of the past.

Also, the famous German clairvoyant Wolf Messing became the owner
of his unusual abilities after being for a long time V
state of clinical death. This happened when Messing was
eleven years.

There are many known cases where people, having come out of clinical death,
acquired the ability to read minds, speak in previously unknown languages
or even dead languages. An amazing incident happened with
polar explorer pilot Grigory Popov. While repairing an airplane,
Grigory heard some rustling behind him, turning around, he saw
polar bear- one of the most dangerous predators. The pilot didn't have time
understand nothing, how I already ended up at a two-meter height - on the wing
airplane. He climbed there in one leap.

Absolutely every person on the planet is unique, everyone has their own characteristics or appearance. And this is wonderful, because throughout our lives we get to know others, unraveling their personalities. Moreover, we never stop studying ourselves, going through many life lessons.
History can bring us many cases when this or that person had very unusual differences from other people. They were more successful, they amazed the imagination and always felt like the “black sheep”. Why? You can read about this in the article below.
We present to your attention the top 10 most unusual people peace. Happy reading!

This is the name of Daniel Tammet, a writer from Great Britain. This young man has unique abilities for mathematical calculations, and modern science cannot explain these phenomenal abilities. Daniel easily multiplies multi-digit numbers in his head and immediately gives the correct answer. How he does it? Daniel explains it simply... All the numbers in his head add up to pictures that have color, shape, structure, and it’s as if a fourth dimension appears, in which a unique image of the correct answer appears. He can calculate cube roots faster than a calculating machine and can name more than 22,500 digits after the decimal point in PI. In addition to super-mathematical abilities, Tammet knows several languages, and invented his own. He learns a new language fantastically quickly and speaks it fluently!
Tammet suffers from autism and savant syndrome. Daniel’s uniqueness lies in the fact that for all his genius, it is difficult for him to adapt to society, to figure out where is right and where is left, how to use electrical appliances, but he is the only one of the savants who can explain how he does this and this is a tremendous help to scientists who study the phenomenon of savantism.

This young man with unique abilities was born in Sacramento, California. Benjamin Underwood was born strong and healthy baby. However, later, due to cancer that had affected the retina, doctors decided to remove both eyes in order to try to save Ben’s life.
Despite this, Underwood led a lifestyle no different from that of a healthy person. young man. This is because Ben was able to use echolocation to move freely. And he was the only person in the world who coordinates all his actions thanks to sound. He knew his way around the vast Sacramento area perfectly. He saw the world like bats or dolphins; Ben determined the distance to objects by sound. And at the same time, the young man’s hearing is the same as that of an ordinary person, it’s just the brain of this strong guy presented sounds to him in the form of visual information.
This skill allowed Ben to freely play sports games, walk and run without assistance, and even ride a bike and play computer games perfectly!

He is also called the gutta-percha man. American Daniel Smith has repeatedly become a record holder in the Guinness Book of Records. Little Daniel discovered his abilities at the age of four; even then he knew how to twist his body. Growing up, the young man realized that not everyone has such a talent, and when he turned eighteen, Daniel left home and joined the circus.
While touring with the circus, Daniel demonstrated his talent; he also participated in various television shows and sports competitions, because what D. Smith can do with his body is worthy of admiration.
He is the most flexible person on our planet according to our ranking site. Daniel easily ties his body into incredible knots, can fit through a hole in a tennis racket, and can even... move a heart in his chest. Having received such a gift from God, Daniel brought it to perfection.

Michel Lotito is a celebrity from France, and he became famous for his gastronomic preferences. After all, he eats inorganic objects. At the age of nine, Michel ate... a light bulb, which aroused the delight and affection of his friends. Further more... he began to publicly eat completely inedible objects: bicycles, televisions, objects made of glass and rubber. He did all this for the amusement of the public and to earn his living. To eat these items, they were usually taken apart small parts or cut into pieces, Michel ate it all and washed it down with plenty of water, and also added a little butter so as not to hurt his throat.
Lotito himself claims that there are no harmful consequences after such “food” he does not feel any pain.
The most surprising thing is that the doctors who examined Michel confirmed that such a gourmet does not have any problems with digestion. The only deviation is that the thickness of the stomach walls is twice that of ordinary people. This allowed Michel to eat the PLANE, of course, not in one go, but over the course of two years. The Cessna-150 plane disappeared without a trace in Lotito’s body. During his life, “Monsieur Eat It All” ate several bicycles, supermarket trolleys, candelabra, beds, televisions, etc. Here, probably, who does not suffer from a lack of iron in the body!

Tim Cridland is another one unique person. His phenomenal ability is exceptional pain tolerance. Tim discovered his ability not to experience pain back in school, when, to the surprise and delight of his classmates, he pierced his hands with huge needles and easily withstood any temperatures (both high and low). Krinland carefully studied human anatomy in order to know his body well, because while demonstrating terrifying stunts to the public, it was important not to damage his vital organs.
He can swallow fire and sharp swords, lie on nails, pierce himself with swords, pierce his neck or cheeks. He can also swallow a rope and immediately pull it out of his stomach using tongs and a scalpel. Numerous tests have confirmed that this superman is indeed capable of enduring incredible pain, since his pain threshold is much higher than that of ordinary people.

Man is an anvil

This American, being a fighter and artist, surprises and shocks people with his abnormally hard skull. Superman can break very hard objects with his head: steel bars, baseball bats, and even... concrete blocks. Remember bowling! So, Gino Martino’s head can easily withstand if such a “ball” falls on it from a height of five meters. Gino was able to demonstrate many incredible records in which everyone saw how strong his skull was. And, indeed, according to doctors, nature endowed Gino with a super-strong skull, which is why he is known throughout the world under the nickname “Anvil Man.”

Lew Tow Lin, a pensioner who lives in Malaysia, has gained fame for the fact that various objects, including those made of metal, literally stick to him. He can hold a bunch of spoons and forks, axes, and even bricks on his chest. Tou Lin can hold objects weighing about two kilograms on his body.
He had these abilities from early childhood. With his unusual talent, the Magnet Man surprises not only the enthusiastic people around him, but also scientists. For several years now they have been researching the Malaysian’s abilities, and the only thing they have found out is that Tou Lin’s skin has special “suction” properties, and that is why objects stick to his body. It is surprising that this phenomenal ability is inherited in this family. The sons and grandsons of the Magnet Man have the same abilities. But unlike many people with unique abilities, Liu Tou Lin did not go into show business, but he often takes part in various television shows, television programs, and was the hero of reports and programs on the Discovery Channel.

This resident of Holland is famous for the fact that he can easily withstand super-low temperatures. Wim Hof has repeatedly set world records for staying in icy water. He discovered his ability not to feel cold only at the age of seventeen, and began to harden his body, thereby developing his unusual abilities. He also worked a lot on proper breathing, arguing that if you breathe correctly, your immunity increases, your body is saturated with oxygen, and the aging process slows down and stops. This is probably why the famous Dutchman feels young, although he is already over fifty.
Vim constantly swims in icy water, regularly walks barefoot in the snow, and swims in an ice hole. He took part in a twenty-kilometer marathon in the Arctic Circle, but, despite the air temperature during the competition, he was wearing only light shorts. In the same clothes, he visited the top of Kilimanjaro, and almost conquered Everest (but had to return due to frostbite on his toes).
Four years ago, Hof ran a marathon, but this time in the Namib Desert, thereby proving that high temperatures he can handle it. By demonstrating such miracles of the body, Vim promotes healthy image life, encourages everyone to forget about illnesses and be positive and happy.

Tooth King

Another king in our ranking. Radhakrishnan Velu has a rare gift - he can pull huge vehicles with teeth! He lives in Malaysia, and in 2007, on the eve of the Independence Day of his beloved country, he gave her his next record. Radhakrishnan moved and pulled out the train, which had six carriages and a total weight of almost three hundred kilograms.
For your amazing abilities local residents nicknamed Radhakrishnan - King Tooth. The secret of his strong teeth is still unknown. The Tooth King himself believes that a healthy lifestyle includes daily jogging (25 km), meditation, exercises with a barbell weighing 250 kg, and, of course, exercises for your powerful jaws.

Man is a pump

And this resident of the Middle Kingdom has an amazing talent - he knows how to inflate balloons and extinguish candles... with his ears! Wei Mingtang discovered his unique talent of blowing air out of his ears as an adult and immediately began to develop it. Over time, using a small tube, he learned to inflate Balloons, which delighted his many friends and relatives. Wei often performs at various holidays and shows, participates in city festivals, where he amazes his townspeople with new tricks, because he also knows how to blow out candles with his ears and very quickly, at one of the festivals he managed to blow out 20 candles in 20 seconds.

We know that human capabilities are not limitless, and in general this is true. But some people are born with abilities that go far beyond the ordinary: as if human body decides to break the barriers established by nature. The existence of people with superpowers is direct proof that the human body has capabilities much greater than we can imagine. Who are they - the result of evolution or isolated cases of natural anomalies?

15. Magnet Man - Liew Tou Lin

I try my best not to call him Magneto, after all, he’s a movie villain, and Lew Tou Lin is a real man. But with an unrealistic ability to attract metal (and not only metal) objects to your body. It’s as if some force is holding them from the inside - despite the fact that each item can weigh up to 2 kg, and in total the magnet man is able to hold 36 kg on himself. Scientists from the Malaysian University of Technology have concluded that Tou Lin's skin has a certain unique property“adhesion”, which helps objects “stick” to the body - as if under the influence of a magnetic field. The strangest thing is that this ability is inherited in Tou Lin’s family, and his three grandchildren can boast of the same skill.

14. Supernatural Memory - Daniel Tammet

People with phenomenal mathematical abilities and powerful memories are not uncommon. They can solve complex mathematical equations faster than a computer or reproduce in their memory an event ten years ago with an accuracy of a second. However, Daniel Tammet is the first to describe how his brain works.

For Daniel, each number from 0 to 10000 has its own image and distinctive characteristics, such as texture, shape, color and feel. For example, the number 289 is quite ugly, the number 333 is much more attractive, and the number Pi is almost perfect. Daniel has Asperger's Syndrome and his method allows him to remember numbers and events with incredible accuracy. For example, he can reproduce Pi to the 22514th decimal place, which he did as a demonstration in 2004. It took 5 hours and 9 minutes.

13. Eagle Vision - Veronica Seider

In movies, we have more than once seen heroes who have “super vision” and are able to see even a fly that is a kilometer away from them. The famous archers Eagle Eye and Legolas are just such. But also in real world such a person exists, and this is Veronica Seider - the world champion in looking at the smallest objects at long distances without the use of binoculars or any other optics. It has been proven that she is able to distinguish between people located at a distance of 1.6 km from her. Her vision is 20 times sharper than the average person's.

12. Sonar Vision – Daniel Kish and Ben Underwood

You know how they “see” the bats? Using echolocation: they make special sounds, and then their auditory system picks up the reflections of sounds from obstacles. Ben Underwood had the same ability: he used sounds to “see” despite losing his sight due to retinoblastoma, an eye cancer. It is not clear how, but he managed to develop an extraordinary ability for echolocation. By making sharp clicks with his tongue, he could “see” objects so well that it greatly improved his quality of life. Unfortunately, Ben Underwood died in 2009 due to a recurrence of cancer. Ben was the brightest of Daniel Kish's students. Daniel is blind and also navigates the world using echolocation (called “sonar vision”). He does it so well that he helps other blind people, teaching them to “see” the world around them the way he does.

11. Beast Whisperer - Kevin Richardson

Kevin is a behavioral zoologist from South Africa who studies animal behavior. He understands them so well that he has literally been accepted into membership by several prides of lions and some packs of hyenas. He eats, sleeps next to and plays with these animals as if they were his family. When communicating with wild animals, Kevin trusts his intuition more than book rules. He is known for treating lions as highly evolved creatures, showing them his respect and emphasizing a sense of community and family, rather than harshly suppressing and training them.

But Kevin warns that his work is dangerous and does not advise anyone to follow in his footsteps without proper training. He communicates and makes friends only with animals that have grown up before his eyes. And yet the animals scratched, bit and wounded him many times... although they never did it intentionally.

10. The Man Who Sees Music - Arthur Lintgen

Some people are not able to learn a second language, but the American doctor Arthur Lintgen can read the language of gramophone records: by the pattern of grooves and their color, he determines what piece of music is recorded there. But Arthur doesn't claim to be a superhero. He attributes his skill to musical erudition and says that it extends only to classical music, from Beethoven onwards. The earlier works, he said, are too similar in structure and difficult to recognize. And when he was given a record of an Alice Cooper album, Lintgen said it looked like a jumble of sounds and sounded like gibberish. However, Arthur Lintgen's ability is unique in its own way.

9. Human Computer – Shakuntala Devi

Shakuntala Devi (1929 – 2013) is clear proof that the human brain is capable of extraordinary things like incredibly complex and fast arithmetic calculations. A Berkeley University professor once asked Shakuntala to calculate the cube root of 61,629,875 and the seventh root of 170,859,375. To the professor's surprise, Shakuntala gave the answers (395 and 15, respectively) within just a few seconds. In 1977, at the University of Dallas, she managed to extract the 23rd root of a number consisting of 201 digits in 50 seconds! The university computer confirmed that the results shown were correct, but it took more than a minute to complete the work.

8. Photographic Memory – Stephen Wiltshire

If you haven't seen this artist's work, you definitely should. Stephen is an autistic artist who can reproduce from memory the most detailed landscape of any city he sees from above. All it takes is a short helicopter flight over the city, and Stephen uses his photographic memory to create a panoramic image of it with stunning accuracy.

7. The Iceman – Wim Hof

While ordinary people attempting to climb Everest or Kilimanjaro need to be properly insulated, Dutch daredevil Wim Hof performs such stunts in nothing but shorts. Extremely cold-resistant, Hof says that the tantric meditation technique “tummo” helps him regulate his body temperature - a method of developing internal heat, which is used by Tibetan yogis. Wim Hof is the absolute world champion in bathing in a bath filled with pieces of ice. An ordinary person cannot stay in such a bath for more than 15-20 minutes. Hof's record is almost two hours.

6. Super Samurai – Isao Machii

Japanese master martial art Iaido masters the techniques of real samurai. He can predict the trajectory of an object with such frightening accuracy that he can easily cut it in half with his sword - and can do this at least every second. He is the fastest man with a sword not only in Japan but in the whole world. Machii can cut through plastic bullets flying at a speed of 300 km/h. It looks like he really is a superhero.

5. Jaws of Steel – Radhakrishnan Velu

It is impossible to imagine what kind of strength a person must have who is able to drag a train of several cars with his own teeth, as Radhakrishnan Velu, a native of Malaysia, does. For such strong teeth he is called the “Tooth King”. And it’s still unclear - how can you drag a train weighing 260.8 tons over a distance of 4.2 meters, excuse me, with your teeth? The Tooth King claims that when he was 14, an Indian guru taught him to control all parts of the body with the help of his teeth.

4. The Man Who Never Sleeps - Thai Ngoc

Have you ever tried to stay awake for more than 48 hours? Unpleasant experience. Even one sleepless night has a very bad effect on the well-being of an ordinary person, but with the Vietnamese peasant Thai Ngoc, everything is different. He hasn't slept since 1973. He himself believes that the cause of his insomnia was the fever he suffered at that time. All these years this person has been trying to sleep - with the help of medications and even alcohol, but to no avail. What is surprising is that the doctors do not find any abnormalities or serious illnesses in him and say that his health is fine.

3. Super Endurance - Dean Karnazes

There is the endurance of an ordinary person and there is the endurance of the American Dean Karnazes. Dean is a long-distance runner and ultramarathoner. And if he is fed and given water in a timely manner, he can run endlessly, literally until retirement. In other words, his stamina level is so high and his energy regenerates so quickly that he can run without stopping. Among his achievements are, for example, the following: running on a treadmill for 80 hours (560 km) and 50 marathons in 50 states in 50 days.

2. Stomach of Steel – Michelle Lotito

The Frenchman Michel Lotito (1950 – 2007) had an insatiable appetite for completely inedible objects. It is clear that with such abilities there is a direct path to becoming a pop artist. At his performances, “Monsieur Eat Everything” devoured objects made of metal, glass, rubber and plastic, and even indigestion did not torment him later. He is also known for dismantling and gradually eating (over two years) an entire airplane. The walls of Lotito's stomach were twice as thick as they should be, and his gastric juices also worked unusually strong and allowed him to digest everything.

1. Electroman – Raj Mohan Nair

Electricity is dangerous - everyone knows that. An electric shock of even one-tenth of an ampere can be fatal... but not for Raj Mohan Nair. A current of up to 10 amperes can be passed through his body and it will not cause him any harm. The only one by-effect- momentary blindness. The story of how Raj Mohan discovered his superpower is tragic. When he was 7 years old, his mother died. Unable to cope with grief, the boy tried to commit suicide by climbing onto a power pole and grabbing the exposed wire. To his surprise, he survived and realized that he had extraordinary ability. His body's resistance to electric current is 10 times higher than that of an ordinary person. Therefore, he can pick up exposed wires and pretend to be an electrical circuit.

The human body is created with a large reserve of capabilities. It has been established that the human spine under extreme conditions can withstand a load of 10 tons.

A person uses the reserve of safety endowed by Nature very rarely, once or twice in his entire life, and sometimes this reserve may turn out to be completely unclaimed. Safety margin is a guarantee of our survival, biological protection, and is used only when it comes to life and death. Fear and a sense of self-preservation at the time of an extreme situation “allows” the human body to fully use this reserve, but most people resort to their emergency reserve quite rarely. But once a person has used the entire reserve of his capabilities, then for the rest of his life he never ceases to be amazed at how he managed to do it.

In front of face mortal danger When the threat to life is colossal and death seems inevitable, the human body can work miracles. There are many examples of this.

An elderly man, when he was chased by an angry bull, literally jumped over a two-meter fence, although in his youth he was not an athlete.

The polar pilot was repairing his plane and suddenly saw a polar bear behind him, who lightly pushed the pilot on the shoulder with its paw, as if inviting him to look back. In the next fractions of a second, the pilot was already standing on the wing of the plane, located above the surface of the earth at a height of about two meters. Later, the pilot could not explain how he managed to do this.

Under the wheel passenger car It turned out to be a child, and his mother, in order to save her child, lifts the car, as if the car had no weight.

In St. Petersburg, a two-year-old child fell out of a 7th floor window; his mother barely managed to grab her child with one hand; with her other hand she held onto the brick of the cornice. Moreover, she did not hold it with her whole hand, but only with her index and middle fingers, but with a “death grip.” When the woman was removed, her rescuers, with great effort, barely unclenched her fingers. Then they spent several more hours calming down and persuading the woman to let go of her child’s hand.

There is a known case when, during a flight, a bolt got under the pedal in the cockpit of an airplane and the control jammed. To save his life and the car, the pilot pressed the pedal so hard that he cut off the bolt like a blade of grass.

The newspaper Nedelya published an interview with pilot I.M. Chisov, whose plane was shot down by a Messerschmitt in January 1942 over Vyazma. “...the plane began to fall belly up. I had to leave the car. The astro hatch, through which you can get out, was below my head (and I myself was upside down). Well, the altitude began to take its toll: the hoses leading to the oxygen devices were broken. And the hatch cover latch got jammed! If they had told me before that the astro hatch could be knocked out with a punch, I would never have believed it; but I discovered it in exactly this way (I still don’t understand how I did it), - said I.M. Chisov.

There was a fire in the house, and the old woman, “God’s dandelion,” saving her lifelong possessions, dragged a huge chest from the second floor of the burning house. After the fire, two young, healthy guys hardly carried this chest to its original place.

In 1997, two fairly tipsy Belarusians climbed into an enclosure with bison in Belovezhskaya Pushcha; they wanted to pet the bison. Either she didn’t like the smell of alcohol, or she wasn’t in the mood for a lyrical wave, she didn’t accept the tenderness of her fans. Literally after a few minutes of their acquaintance, one of them was sitting on the fence, and the second, less agile, was slightly touched by a horn. The drunkenness passed instantly, the only hope was for my feet. He found himself on the other side of the three-meter fence in the blink of an eye. Since there were no witnesses to their record, the super-fast running and jumping over an obstacle were not included in the Guinness Book of Records.

In 1998, the newspaper “Arguments and Facts” told readers about such a case that happened to a carpenter from the taiga village of Bazhenovka (Kemerovo region). A carpenter was walking through the taiga and came across a sleeping bear. His fear was so great that he grabbed a log lying nearby and ran with it as fast as he could to his home, three kilometers away. Only in the courtyard of the house did the carpenter throw down the log and catch his breath. Later, when he wanted to remove this log from the road, he could not even lift it. To this day, the carpenter cannot understand why he needed this log, because without it he could have run much faster.

There was an accident on a winter road that resulted in casualties. To save her injured 40-year-old son, a 70-year-old woman put him on her back and walked 13 km through deep snow with such a burden, never stopping or lowering her precious burden. When rescuers on a snowmobile made their way to the scene of the accident, following the woman’s footprints, all along the way they saw only the tracks of one pair of legs.

Human capabilities are revealed not only in stressful situations. But also as a result of long-term training, for example, among athletes. Previously, athletes did not even imagine that they could reach a height of 2 m 35 cm, that they could jump 8 m 90 cm in length, that they could lift a barbell of 500 kg in three movements: snatch, clean and jerk, bench press. In August 1985, 23-year-old athlete from Kyiv Rudolf Povarnitsyn cleared the 240 cm bar in the high jump. And literally a few days later, another athlete Igor Paklin conquered a height of 241 cm. The javelin throwers overcame the 95-meter mark. In June 2005, 22-year-old Jamaican runner Asafa Powell set a new world record in the 100-meter dash of 9.77 seconds. Now athletes dream of jumping in height over 241 cm, long jumping 9 m, and lifting half a ton in two movements.

Having lived their lives, most mortals never make use of their capabilities, but each of us is pleased to realize that somewhere deep within you lie enormous forces, that you have a colossal memory, which in a moment of mortal danger can save your life.

People have always been interested in what lies beyond ordinary perception, in what is inaccessible to the majority. However, along with interest, there was also fear due to the lack of reliable information and the unknown.

Recently, paranormal or unusual abilities of people have become the subject of social and scientific research, philistine gossip and newspaper publications. What kind of abilities are these? Where do they come from?

Despite the fact that the human body has already been well studied by doctors and scientists, mysteries still remain that are beyond our understanding. There are many amazing cases that happened to ordinary people and were published in the press. Some events simply cannot be explained by modern science.

So, perhaps the most famous case occurred when a mother was walking with her little son and got distracted. The child ran out onto the road and was hit by a car. Seeing this picture, the baby’s mother rushed to his aid and lifted the car. It is this case that in our time is most often described by scientists as proof that the human body has hidden abilities.

Another fairly famous incident occurred during the war. The pilot's steering became jammed due to a bolt caught in the mechanism. Fearing death, the pilot began to pull the handle with all his strength and miraculously was able to right the plane. After landing, the mechanics carefully examined the controls and found a sheared bolt. As a result of the examination, it turned out that in order to cut such a bolt, a force of 500 kilograms would be required.

One man was walking through the forest and accidentally came across a sleeping bear. Out of fear, he grabbed a log lying nearby and rushed to run towards the nearby village. When the danger was over, he threw the log to the ground, caught his breath and looked at it. It turned out to be a huge tree trunk, which he later could not drag alone from the road. The man couldn’t even explain to himself why he grabbed this log.

But such incredible stories happen not only when it comes to one’s own salvation.

There is another case. When the child fell out of the 7th floor window, his mother managed to grab him with one hand, and with the other she held on to the brick of the cornice, with only two fingers - the index and middle. She held on like this until the rescuers arrived, who then with difficulty unclenched her fingers.

A 70-year-old woman carried her 40-year-old son, who was involved in an accident, for 13 kilometers on her back, never stopping or lowering him to the ground.

Some researchers claim that a person uses only 10% of his abilities. And this applies to both the body and the brain.

The hypnologist Vul demonstrated an amazing ability - he had the ability to suggest at a distance. Wool sent a letter by mail, in which the word was written in his handwriting: “Sleep!” If the patient had already been to see this doctor before, then upon receiving the letter he immediately fell asleep.

The French pop artist Michel Lotito had an amazing ability - he can eat everything he sees. When he was still a child, he “ate” a TV, and from the age of 15 he began to entertain people for money, eating rubber, glass and metal. Because Michel ate the plane (although it took about 2 years to eat it), he was included in the Guinness Book of Records. Biologist K. Richardson can spend an entire night in a cage with lions. For unknown reasons, the lions accept Richardson as one of their own. Thai Ngoc from Vietnam has not slept at all since 1973 - it started after he had a fever.

The phenomenon of Monica Tejada

There are many such inexplicable phenomena in our world. An amazing phenomenon is demonstrated to scientists by Monica Tejada from Spain. Even metal objects bend under her gaze.

There are no tricks here. The scientists placed steel wire in a sealed glass vessel. However, this did not stop Monica from bending the solid thread into the shape of a dinosaur with a closed mouth. During this process, instruments recorded an increase in the girl’s body temperature and a decrease in her blood pressure. This combination leads doctors to a dead end. At the same time, the electroencephalograph showed biocurrents characteristic of a sleeping person. Monica has another gift - she can diagnose diseases.

In New Jersey, on the outskirts of Trenton, in the 40s, there lived a 90-year-old man named Al Herpin. There was neither a trestle bed nor a bed in his shack - Al Herpin had never slept in his entire life. The old man, who lived to that age, outlived the doctors who examined him. Al Herpin's appetite and health were good, and his mental abilities were average. Of course, after a day's work he was tired, but he could not sleep. The old man would simply sit in a chair and read until he felt rested. After regaining his physical strength, he returned to work. Doctors were unable to explain their patient’s chronic insomnia, just as they could not explain the source of his longevity.

There is a known case that occurred in a Russian village. There lived an old sick woman named Matryona. She could not hear well, could not see, and could hardly walk. One night her house caught fire. The whole village ran to the fire. Imagine the surprise of the people when they saw this old woman climbing over the high fence. Moreover, she was holding a large chest in her hands, which several men later could not lift. Where are the limits of human capabilities? And do they exist at all?

In Mexico City at the Olympic Games in 1968, an athlete named Robert Beamon was able to jump almost 9 meters. Of course, it seems impossible, but Robert's record was broken. And the record, which was set in 500 BC in Ancient Greece, looks absolutely fantastic - the athlete Fail then jumped almost 17 meters in length.

In New York in 1935, an absolutely normal-looking child was born. However, he lived only 26 days. After an autopsy, it turned out that the child had no brain. Although it is known that even the slightest damage to the cerebral cortex can lead to death.

The fact that there are people in the world who live with foreign objects in their bodies does not surprise anyone now. But an incident that occurred in one of the New York hospitals seems simply incredible. A person came to the hospital with a slight illness. Doctors conducted an examination and found more than 250 objects in his body. There were only 26 keys in the patient’s body. The man did not say where there were so many objects in his body.

An equally striking case occurred with a 12-year-old Russian boy who went to the hospital in a small town with complaints of dizziness and weakness. During the examination, doctors discovered a bullet wound in the heart area. It is unknown how the boy received such a wound, and most importantly, how he survived. X-ray determined that the bullet was in the solar artery. The boy was urgently sent to Moscow, where the bullet was removed from his body. She made an incredible journey in the body - she pierced the lung and entered the heart, which pushed her into the aorta. The bullet moved along the vessel until it hit the solar artery.

The famous psychiatrist and neurologist Cesare Lombroso had a very solid reputation in the scientific world. In his book “What After Death,” he told an incident that happened to a 14-year-old girl. She became blind, but at the same time she had a completely new and amazing ability to see.

Dr. Lombroso conducted research, which revealed that the girl sees through her left earlobe and nose. To exclude the slightest possibility of the girl’s eyes being involved, during the experiment the doctors covered them with a bandage so that peeking was completely excluded. However, despite the measures taken, the girl could easily read blindfolded and distinguish colors perfectly.

When a bright light flashed near her earlobe, she blinked, and when the doctor wanted to put his finger to the tip of her nose, she jumped back screaming that he wanted to blind her. There was an astonishing shift in the senses that affected more than just vision. When the experimenter brought a solution of ammonia to the girl’s nose, she did not react. But as soon as he brought the solution to her chin, she jerked in pain. She could smell scents with her chin.

It must be said that some people are able to completely control the abilities of their body. These include primarily Indian yogis. Perhaps the most amazing ability of yogis is that they can stop the beating of their own heart. Yogis can put themselves in a state of “death” - the work of the heart and breathing slow down, and other vital processes stop.

A yogi can remain in this state for quite a long time. So what powers are hidden in a person? Based on the above, we can assume that the capabilities of the human body are limitless. You just need to learn to control them.

Diamond tears

A woman named Hanuma, living in Africa, earned the nickname "Diamond" for her unusual ability to cry diamonds. Since childhood, Hanuma has not cried. The first time this happened was at the age of nine, when the girl peeled onions for the first time. Imagine the surprise of the girl’s parents when hard crystals began to fall from her eyes instead of tears.

The girl's father was a jeweler and, having examined the small crystals, he easily determined that they were real diamonds. The parents decided to keep Hanuma's unusual abilities a secret, and the father used his daughter's crystals to make jewelry, which was in great demand. One of the clients suspected something was wrong and submitted the diamond for examination, as a result of which it turned out that the stone was of organic origin. The girl became famous throughout the world. But scientists have not yet been able to uncover the secret of diamond tears.

Ice man

Dutch resident Wim Hof is not sensitive to any cold. Thanks to his unusual abilities, the Dutchman conquered mountain peaks in only his underwear, swam for a long time in icy water and performed many similar feats.

Doctors carried out examinations of the body of an amazing person, but the results of the studies did not show any deviations from the norm in Vim’s body after cold procedures. The Dutchman's unusual abilities allow him to feel comfortable in conditions that would be fatal for any other person.

"Perpetual motion machine"

The baby, named Ret Lamba, who is three years old, has never slept in his life. He is awake around the clock. Ret’s parents, of course, were not delighted with their son’s abilities, but most of all they were concerned about the child’s health. However, as repeated medical examinations have shown, lack of sleep does not affect Ret’s health in any way; the boy is absolutely healthy.

Recent research has cleared up the picture a little. It turned out that the brain and nervous system of the amazing child are arranged in a special way, thanks to which the boy does not need sleep, his brain rests while awake.

Man is a reptile

History knows of cases where people had the ability to replace their skin with a new one, just like reptiles do. Born in 1851 in Missouri, S. Buskirk began changing his skin as a child. The most amazing thing is that this always happened on the same day - June 27th. The skin began to become rough, and then fell off in large pieces. She came off her arms and legs like gloves or socks.

After the old skin fell off, one could see in its place young, pink and tender skin, similar to that of newborn babies. Over the course of several years, Mr. Buskirk assembled a “leather” collection.

Glowing patient

Anna Monaro, who suffered from asthma, began to look like a fluorescent lamp in 1934. During her illness, a bluish glow emanated from her chest. This phenomenon lasted for several weeks and was documented by doctors. Sometimes the color of the glow changed to red and green. No one has been able to explain this phenomenon.

One psychiatrist suggested that "the phenomenon is caused by electrical and magnetic organisms that have become quite developed in this woman's body and are therefore emitting a radiance" - in other words, another way of saying, "I don't know." Another doctor proposed the theory of electromagnetic radiation, linking it with certain chemical components found in the patient’s skin, which was close to the then fashionable theory of bioluminescence.

Dr. Protti, who made a lengthy statement regarding his observations of Signora Monaro, suggested that her poor health, together with fasting and piety, had increased the amount of sulphides in the blood. Human blood emits rays in the ultraviolet range, and sulfides can be made to luminesce by ultraviolet irradiation, which explains the glow emanating from Signora Monaro's breast (The Times, May 5, 1934).

Anna Monaro

The proposed theory did not explain the strange periodicity or localization of the bluish flashes, and soon the confused researchers fell completely silent.

Gould and Pyle's 1937 book Anomalies and Curiosities in Medicine describes the case of a woman suffering from breast cancer. The light emanating from the sore area of the chest was sufficient to see the dial of a clock several feet away...

In Hareward Carrington's book Death: Its Causes and Related Phenomena, there is a mention of a child who died of indigestion. After death, the boy's body began to emit a bluish glow and spread heat. Attempts to extinguish this radiance led to nothing, but it soon stopped on its own. When the body was lifted from the bed, it was discovered that the sheet under it was burned... The only case of light emission by a practically healthy person (not counting, of course, saints) was described in the journal “English Mechanic” dated September 24, 1869:

“One American woman, going to bed, discovered a glow on the top of the fourth toe of her right foot. When she rubbed her leg, the glow increased and some unknown force pushed her fingers apart. A stench emanated from the leg, and both the light emission and the smell did not stop even when the leg was immersed in a basin of water. Even soap could not extinguish or reduce the glow. This phenomenon lasted three quarters of an hour, and was observed by the woman’s husband.”

The Church views the phenomenon of “firefly people” approvingly. Pope Benedict XIV wrote: “...It must be recognized as a fact that there is a natural flame that sometimes becomes visible around the human head, and it also seems true that sometimes fire can emanate from the whole body of a person, but not like a fire rushing upward, but rather in the form of sparks flying in all directions.”

People are lightning

The body of an ordinary person is capable of generating small amounts, but not storing electricity. However, there are people whose unusual abilities are that they can accumulate electricity within themselves, and, when appropriate, release it onto surrounding objects.

For example, the journal Prediction published an article in 1953 that talked about a baby who electrocuted doctors. For another whole day, he retained tension within himself and was dangerous to others.

But it also happens that unusual abilities awaken in people only with age. A Chinese worker in 1988 began to notice some changes in his body, but could not understand what it was until he accidentally shocked his colleague, knocking him down with a shock.

Rif Mukharyanov is one of those people who were able to survive a lightning strike.

Back in 1965, Reef was struck by ball lightning, and he miraculously survived. Over time, he began to see strange dreams, which soon began to come true - his psychic abilities began to awaken.

When he had completely recovered from his illness, he became seriously ill good friend. The doctors did not know what to do and just shrugged, and it was then that Reef decided to take advantage of his new opportunities. Literally two weeks later, the friend stood firmly on his feet.

Living magnet

There are also people who have magnetism. The most amazing case of manifestation of magnetic abilities is the case of the American Frank McKinstry. His body was pulled towards the ground. Magnetism manifested itself especially strongly in the mornings. Frank had to move very quickly, without stopping, because his body would stick to the ground if he stopped for a couple of seconds, and then the man could no longer continue moving without outside help.

Often people do not realize that they have some unusual abilities. A resident of Germany, Erika Zur Strindberg, discovered the magnetic abilities of her body after watching a TV show that talked about the magnetism of a Russian woman, Natalia Petrasova.

Just out of curiosity, the German woman put a spoon to her chest and it “stuck” to the woman. Then Eric had almost all the cutlery hung on himself to make sure he had an unusual ability.

Unusual abilities remain to be unraveled

Many scientists agree that this kind of ability is potentially inherent in every person, but they manifest themselves only in extreme situations or after severe life shocks. An example of this hypothesis is the fortuneteller Vanga, who, having lost her sight, gained the ability to foresee the future, the present of people and their past.

Also, the famous German clairvoyant Wolf Messing became the owner of his unusual abilities after spending a long time in a state of clinical death. This happened when Messing was eleven years old.

There are many cases where people, having recovered from clinical death, acquired the ability to read minds and speak in previously unknown or even dead languages. An amazing incident happened to the polar explorer pilot Grigory Popov. While repairing the plane, Grigory heard some rustling behind him, turned around and saw a polar bear - one of the most dangerous predators. The pilot did not have time to understand anything, as he already found himself at a two-meter height - on the wing of the plane. He climbed there in one leap.

Does every person have some hidden abilities or are they possessed only by exceptional individuals? Why were these abilities given to them? Do these people have some kind of purpose from above? Modern science is not able to give answers to the questions posed, since they lie in a plane that is not yet within the scope of serious scientific research.
