PURPOSE, OPERATING PRINCIPLE AND CONTROLS OF THE DISHWASHER. The car is intended for an automatic washing of tableware at the enterprises of the sphere of public catering. Dishwasher of periodic action, with the arrangement of dishes in a special cassette. Washing of dishes is carried out in the washing volume of the machine using a washing solution with a temperature of ºС. Rinsing of dishes is carried out in the washing volume of the machine using a rinsing solution with a temperature of 84 ºС. Washable dishes are located in a plastic cassette measuring 50 x 50 cm. The cassette is installed in the machine and closed with a door. The tub is filled with cleaning solution. The level of the cleaning solution is kept constant by means of an overflow pipe. In the washing bath there is a heating element (TEH) for maintaining the temperature of the solution, a filter for collecting washable food and fat residues, as well as two types of rotating shower devices for supplying washing solution and for supplying rinsing solution. During the automatic washing cycle, the washing solution from the bath is supplied by means of a pump to the nozzles of the upper and lower washing showerheads. Under the influence of the reactive force of the jets of liquid flowing from the nozzles, the shower devices rotate and strong jets of solution wash off dirt and grease from the dishes. At the end of the washing process, the supply of the washing solution stops and the rinsing showerheads are supplied (under the pressure of tap water) with a rinsing solution. The rinse solution is prepared, heated and stored in the machine's boiler. At the end of rinsing, the automatic wash cycle ends. The machine controls are located on the remote control on the top cover of the case. The type of control panels, the purpose of the controls, the purpose of the light and digital indicators are given below. Machine control panel for E models

INSTALLATION AND STARTING THE MACHINE. THE DISHWASHER AND ACCESSORIES MUST BE CONNECTED TO IT BY QUALIFIED AND AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL. PLACE OF INSTALLATION. The installation site of the machine must be equipped with utilities (power supply, water supply, sewerage, ventilation) in accordance with the current regulations for washing shops of public catering establishments. The recommended location of the machine with auxiliary equipment and the coordinates of the points of supply of engineering networks are shown in Figure 1. eight

8 Figure 1 Move the dishwasher to the installation site, remove the packaging and check the integrity of the machine and its parts. If damage is found, send written notice to the carrier or supplier. Install the dishwasher in the chosen place and remove the protective film from its surfaces. Level the machine horizontally (using a spirit level placed on the top of the machine) by changing the height of the four feet. THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE DUE TO THE FAILURE OF THE INSTALLATION PLACE TO BE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE STATED REGULATIONS. BEFORE INSTALLATION, MAKE SURE THAT SURROUNDING OBJECTS AND MATERIALS THAT CAN BE DAMAGED BY WATER VAPOR OR CLEANING SOLUTIONS ARE APPROPRIATELY PROTECTED OR OUT OF THE ROOM. CONNECTION TO THE WATER SUPPLY. Connect the water supply hose to the machine (behind the machine). The water supply pipe for connecting the machine hose must have a 3/4 threaded fitting. Connect the machine's water supply hose to the water supply pipe. For normal operation of the machine, the water supply pressure must be between 2 and 4 bar; if the water pressure in the water supply is higher, it is necessary to install a pressure reducer on the water supply pipe. For normal operation of the machine with the specified cycle times, the temperature of the hot water must be ºС. If the inlet water temperature is higher than specified, an automatic mixing valve must be installed in the inlet water line to lower the temperature to the specified range. If the temperature of the inlet water is below 50 ºС, then the duration of the washing cycle increases due to the increase in the time for heating the water in the machine. There must be a valve on the water supply pipe that shuts off the water supply. The valve must be easily accessible to service personnel. The technical data indicates the duration of the washing cycle when hot water is supplied at a temperature of 50 ºС. CONNECTION TO THE SEWER. Connect the waste fluid drain hose from the machine to the machine (behind the machine). Connect the drain hose to a drain outlet from the floor or wall, or lead it to a drain. When the machine is running, up to 3.5 liters of spent solution is drained from the machine for each washing cycle. If the sewerage inlet is above the level of the bottom of the washing tank of the machine, then it is necessary to install a bilge pump. When connecting the drain hose to the sewer, it is recommended to install a water seal (siphon). CONNECTION TO THE POWER ELECTRIC NETWORK. The dishwasher is connected to a 1-phase mains supply with a protective (grounding) conductor. Recommended connection options: A. The machine is connected via an individual automatic release and 9

9 10 1-phase socket installed near the machine. B. The connection of the machine is carried out through an individual automatic release installed near the machine. As an automatic release, it is recommended to use a differential machine or a machine combined with an RCD. The automatic release must be located near the machine so that personnel can easily access it to turn it on or off. At the bottom rear of the machine there is an electrical clamp for connecting the wire of the potential equalization system. PREPARING THE RINSE AID DISPENSER. The rinse aid dispenser is included with the machine. The rinse aid is taken by the machine from the containers in which they are supplied. To do this, there is a transparent colorless hose connected to the dispenser at the back of the machine. A filter and a weighting agent are put on the end of the hose lowered into the container. There are adjusting screws on the dispenser housings to adjust the dose volumes. The value of the automatically dispensed dose of rinse aid must be adjusted so that during the operation of the machine, these volumes maintain the solution concentrations recommended by the manufacturer of the rinse aid. The first dose of rinse aid will enter the machine only after the first nine wash cycles. This is due to the fact that the dispenser needs to pump the composition through the entire length of the supply tubes. FIRST STARTING AND CHECKING THE MACHINE. Check the reliability of the connection, the absence of kinks in the water supply hose. Check the reliability of the connection and the absence of kinks in the hose for draining the liquid from the machine. Open the valve on the water supply pipe and make sure that there are no leaks, while: - in case of using a water automatic mixing valve, check that it is set correctly; - in the case of using a pressure reducer, check the correctness of its setting; - if using a separate water softener to supply water to the machine, make sure that there are no leaks on it. The pressure and temperature of the water supplied to the machine must correspond to those specified in the technical data of the machine. Check the presence of the required power supply voltage at the input to the automatic release, which must correspond to those specified in the technical data of the machine. Check the connection of the machine to the potential equalization circuit. Open the door of the machine, put the overflow pipe and filters in their place in the washing tub, check the rotation of the washing and rinsing showerheads, which should be easy and unhindered. Close the car door. Switch on the automatic release. Enable On/Off Button on the remote control of the machine, make sure that the indicator of this button is lit. From this point on, the washing tub and the boiler of the machine will begin to fill with water. As soon as the wash tub and boiler are full, the boiler indicator will turn on. Open the machine door and place the cassette in the guides above the washing bath. Close the car door. Wait until the boiler indicator turns off. The time from the moment the machine is turned on to the moment the boiler indicator turns off, the time of the initial automatic preparation of the machine for operation is spent on pouring and heating water to the required temperatures. If water is supplied to the machine at a temperature lower than that indicated in the technical data, then the duration of the preparation cycle will increase due to the need to heat the water to the desired temperature. Press the button to start the automatic wash cycle. From this point on, the automatic dishwashing cycle will start. Measure the duration of the wash cycle, which should be close to 120 seconds. At the end of the wash cycle, the wash mode indicator will turn off and the boiler indicator will turn on. You can open the door and take out the cassette.

10 Do not start the next automatic wash cycle until the boiler indicator has turned off (before the required temperatures have been reached). When finished, open the machine door. Switch off the power supply of the machine with the "On/Off" button. Take out the basket, filters and overflow pipe. Make sure that the water from the washing bath drains completely into the sewer. Check for leaks when draining into the sewer. Turn off the machine's automatic release. Close the water supply valve to the machine. Reinstall filters and overflow pipe. 6. USING THE DISHWASHER. ONLY TRAINED PERSONNEL IS ALLOWED TO USE THE MACHINE. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION AT THE BEGINNING OF THE WORKING DAY. Connect the detergent and rinse aid containers to the machine in accordance with the instructions given in the chapter "PREPARING THE RINSE AID DISPENSER" in section 4 of this manual. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER DETERGENT (HAND DETERGENT, WASHING DETERGENTS, ETC.) EXCEPT FOR INDUSTRIAL DISHWASHER. Open the valve on the water supply pipe to the machine. Open the car door. Install the overflow pipe and filters in their place in the washing volume, check the rotation of the washing and rinsing showerheads, which should be easy and unhindered. Lower the machine cover. Switch on the automatic release. Enable On/Off Button on the remote control of the machine, make sure that the indicator of this button is lit. By the characteristic noise, make sure that the machine is filled with water. When filling is completed, the boiler indicator should light up, indicating also that the boiler heating elements have turned on for heating. When the machine is supplied with cold water, the heating elements of the washing bath are also turned on for heating. Wait for the boiler indicator to turn off. This will indicate that the temperatures of the water in the boiler and in the washing bath have reached the set values (respectively 84 ºС and 50 ºС). Raise the lid of the machine. Pour detergent into the washing bath in the amount necessary to obtain the initial washing solution of the required concentration. (The amount of water in the bath is 28 liters, the required concentration is specified by the manufacturer of the detergent on the packaging). The machine is ready to go. 11 PREPARATION OF CASSETTES. The most productive, high-quality and economical work is on a machine equipped with a table for dirty dishes with a food residue receiver, a washing bath and a shower device, a table for clean dishes, and an optimal number of cassettes (see illustration on the title page). Beforehand, on the table for dirty dishes, the dishes are cleaned of large and medium food residues and rinsed from the shower head to remove small food residues. After that, the dishes

11 is installed in the cassette. Dishes with dried food require pre-soaking. It is desirable to complete the cassettes with the same type of dishes. Glasses, mugs, cups should be placed upside down on the cassette. Cutlery should be placed in special plastic cups with the handles down and then the glasses should be placed on the cassette. WORK ON THE MACHINE. Install (move off the table) the cassette with dirty dishes on the guides in the washing volume of the machine. Set using the automatic wash switch (120 or 180 sec.). Lower the machine cover. required cycle time The wash cycle starts automatically and the wash mode indicator lights up. The wash cycle will end when this indicator goes off. This will turn on the boiler indicator. Raise the lid of the machine. Slide the cassette along the guides onto the table for clean dishes, let the dishes drain and reload them onto the rack. Insert the next cassette with dirty dishes into the machine. If at the same time the boiler indicator remains on, it means that the machine is heating the water in the boiler to the set temperature. As soon as this indicator goes out, lower the lid of the machine and a new washing cycle will begin. For machines equipped with detergent and rinse aid dispensers, the machine automatically adds a certain amount of these liquids to the detergent and rinse solutions in each wash cycle. 12

12 ATTENTION! 1. If you lift the lid during a wash cycle, the machine will stop the current wash cycle and will continue the cycle when the lid is closed. 2. In cases of intensive use of the machine during the day, it is recommended to clean the filters after every washing cycle. The filters should be taken out in such a way that greasy residues do not get into the holes under the filters. Remove dirt from the filters and wash them thoroughly. Be sure to remove hardened calcium deposits to avoid buildup. Do not use sharp or pointed objects, abrasive or chlorine detergents for cleaning. Replace filters. Turn on the machine with the button. Wait until the washing bath is filled with water to the set level (before the boiler indicator lights up). Restore the required concentration of detergent in the wash bath. Wait for the detergent and rinse aid to heat up (the boiler indicator turns off). Continue the dishwashing process. COMPLETION OF WORK ON THE MACHINE. When finished, turn off the machine by pressing the on/off button. Raise the lid of the machine. Remove the overflow pipe and wait for the cleaning solution to completely drain from the wash basin. Take out and wash the filters. Check for dirt on the bottom of the tub and remove it. Reinstall the overflow pipe and filters. Switch off the automatic release of the machine. Turn off the tap on the water supply line to the machine. MACHINE MAINTENANCE. 1. Wash the outside of the machine at least once a week with a cloth and a solution. DO NOT USE A JET OF WATER TO WASH THE MACHINE TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE'S ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT. 13 neutral soap, wash off the soap solution with a wet cloth and let the machine dry. 2. At least once every 2 weeks, rinse the lower and upper rinsing showerheads, having previously disassembled them (fig. 2) [wide washing showerheads (item 2), narrow rinsing showerheads (item 6)]. To do this, unscrew the central bolt (pos. 4), remove the rinsing shower device, remove the axle (pos. 3), remove the washing shower device. Rinse the nozzle openings with clean water. Do not use brushes or other objects to wash, so as not to damage the nozzles. Carefully reassemble the shower devices in reverse order. 3. It is recommended that the dishwasher be serviced by trained technicians once every 3 months. 4. If the dishwasher will not be used for more than 10 days, rinse and dry the detergent and rinse aid systems to avoid crystallization and damage to the dispenser pumps. To do this, remove the suction tubes from the containers with solutions and place them in containers with clean water. Run 3-4 wash cycles and remove Figure 2
