Grease filters were developed specifically for umbrellas with a water spray system and, due to the peculiarities of their design, reliably prevent water from entering the work area umbrella. Moisture separators of the original design block the ingress of water droplets into the duct system.

Getting into the umbrella, the air first passes through grease filters, with the help of which part of the fat and soot is removed, then through a water curtain, which is formed using nozzles mounted on a tube connected to cold water supply, where it is cooled and further cleaned. Used water, grease and soot are discharged into the sewer through the water drain coupling.

The equipment made of stainless steel has in its design:

To clean the case from various kinds of waste, such as fumes, soot, grease, the bottom of the case is equipped with a special insert with a diameter of 2 inches, it is connected to the sewer equipment. A motorized valve that can supply water to the spray system must be connected in parallel with the exhaust fan and open when the fan starts.

Now let's talk about how the hydraulic filter works in detail. The hot air coming from the brazier with t 80-180 ⁰С evaporates passing the exhaust hood, and then getting into the air ducts it goes to the hydrofilter.

  1. Hot air enters the mixing chamber, where cold water is sprayed using the system developed by us, and then a mixture of this water and hot air is created. The incoming air is irrigated, cooled and humidified. In order to make it easy for you to control the process, all hydraulic filters have a pressure gauge, as well as a gearbox that allows you to control the level of water pressure.
  2. After that, the air goes through mesh filters that allow sparks to be extinguished.
  3. The air is directed through filters that trap fats, they are made in the form of a labyrinth.
  4. The final stage is a dehumidifier system that removes excess water suspension from the air.

After purification, already cold air is freely removed from the room.

When choosing a fan with a hydraulic filter, it is necessary to install an additional fan on the fan. Resistance, approximately 200-300 Pa.
