What is the point: in caring for nature. Eco-style implies not only the use of environmentally friendly materials, but also their competent disposal and recycling. Of the materials, stone, wood, natural fabrics, glass, clay are popular. Of the shades - walnut, milky, beige in combination with the natural colors of grass, soil, water or wood.
Mandatory elements: wooden sink and armchair, cotton cushions, wicker accessories, raw wood furniture, stone effect wall.
Outstanding Representatives: in eco-style, it makes sense to talk about brands, and not about key figures. The most popular are the Polish company UWD (Unique Wood Design) and the Italian company Riva 1920.
Scandinavia
What is the point: a cozy and light interior implies a light finish, a large amount of white and bright color accents. The furniture is simple, no frills, but as functional as possible. The visiting card of the style is huge windows without curtains and a lot of natural light.
Mandatory elements: framed family photos, glass vases, a large mirror in a light metal frame, a simple white sofa, solid wood floor.
Outstanding Representatives: first of all, the Swedish designer Stig Lindberg, known for a series of ceramic dishes (Bersa, Spisa Ribb and Terma). Among the brands, the undoubted leader is IKEA, whose catalogs have become manuals for creating a Scandinavian style in the interior.
Pop Art
What is the point: a distinctive feature - iridescent colors, catchy shapes. Ordinary paintings, photographs, things are given a new meaning, and they become works of art. There is not much furniture, but it is colorful and of the most unthinkable forms. The accessories have an unusual design: luminous tableware, a pink figurine, a cartoon lamp and other eccentric ideas.

Eclecticism
What is the point: in a mixture of different styles. Eclectic is suitable if you like extraordinary solutions or if you cannot decide on a style. It uses a variety of colors and textures, overlapping patterns, prints and ornaments. There are no restrictions on the color scheme. As for furniture, here you can safely combine a classic sofa and a hi-tech ottoman. The main thing is to beat the design correctly.
Mandatory elements: a vintage armchair, curtains to match the upholstery of the sofa, a printed carpet, silk wallpaper, a colored ottoman, a couple of abstract paintings.
