In case of breakage or unsatisfactory operation of the speaker, first of all, it is necessary to replace the batteries (only alkaline ones must be used). The most frequent malfunctions:

No ignition or repeated extinguishing after ignition. This breakdown is eliminated by replacing the candles or the electronic unit.
Extinguishing of the column after some time of operation. As a rule, it is caused by blockage of the heat exchanger with soot, calcium deposits or burnout. Lack of contact in the thermostat circuit.
